Hello, I am Kamlesh There is a fraud insurance policy, the peaople are called me on behalf of "Max Life Insurance" and explained policy and I have proceed for the same with the amount of 17, 000 Rs. by cheque in favour of "CLUB MAX", now they are not reciving call and if recive the call so they telling me that we will call you after some time and your Bond paper will dispatch today evening, they telling like this daily but still I didn't get any bond paper, in this way I am feelling this is fraud, the pe0ple are sitting there the names are "Preeti Sachdeva", "Raman Bhatia" Rakesh Sharma and etc.. their contact numbers are. +[protected] / 30001080, +91 [protected] Every time they are lying on me, every day I am calling them but still I didn't get any proper official response from them, and yesterday Preeti told me that I will not dispatch your documents, do whatever you can, So please see these fraud people in India and participate to end this type of fraud works and crimes Was this information helpful? | |||

Call me as soon as possible because my money (Rs. 17, 000) has gone from me and nobody giving response, every day I am calling on the above mentioned numbers specially Preeti sachdeva told me that I will not make your policy and will not give your bond paper and used the words like "do whatever you can"

Last week, I got repeated calls from a group of people, informing me about a Max Life Policy "Club Max", indicating high returns and convinced me to apply for it.
They wanted scanned copies of my documents, which I sent to them from my mobile. After that, last Friday, they sent a collection boy to my home, who took my photos and a cheque of Rs 25000. However, since then, they have avoided sending me any receipt for the transaction. They are also not willing to share their email ID or send any information through any email ID.
Getting suspicious, I started searching in the internet and came to realize that Club Max is a fraudulent policy, sold by a few Delhi-based people in the name of Max Life Insurance Company. I understand that lot of people have already been cheated and duped of a lot of money by these people.
Luckily for me, before my cheque was credited by them, I realized this and stopped the payment from my bank site. Thanks to everyone who have written about this in consumer forum.
Since these people are tampering the name of a renowned company, I expect that Max Life Insurance Company will take steps to stop such fraudulent activities.

I sanjay singh, cheated by club max behalf of maxlife insurance, I got call from cell no. [protected] of ( Neha goel) dt. 1212/04/2014. at 17:40 hrs, she told me that there was special offer of clubmax behalf of maxlife insurance, address given by her is Maxlife insurance 9th floor DLF Square Building Gurgaon. Then there was call from Mr. Rahul his cell no. is [protected]. he came and collected the cheque of Rs. 25500/- in the name of clubmax behalf of maxlife insurance, he filled one form in frant of me and taken my signature and told that, when cheque cleared from your account than you got your policy of clubmax behalf maxlife insurance. Rs. 25500/- was debited from my saving account (a/c no.[protected]) of State bank of mysoor (SBM) belapur d/CBD, to Clubmax/max life insurance having account in HDFC Bank, dt.19/06/2014.
But till date there was no any policy received from clubmax/maxlife insurance, and try to call on above mention cell number i.e [protected] to Neha Goel same number from Reliance getting not reachable, try for another number of Mr. Rahul his number is [protected] ( Reliance ) ringing but no any response. It is cheating/fraud case?
So i requested to Clubmax/max life insurance Gurgaon please investigate the same and help get the policy or money back from Club/max life insurance. ( My cell no. is [protected] )

Club max people a steel active...and greedy and innocent people r getting trapped...what max insurance is doing as it looks that max life and max bupa r the names that they r using without hesitation...can cyber crime people or IRDA or affected volunteer can act now before this racket trap more like them...

My cheque got cleared with on 12th Mar 2014.
Please note, "Till date I haven't received any Policy Documents."
So, I guess there is no Policy/Agreement between me & Clubmax as of today.
Right now, I'm in need of Money & would like to get Refund of Rs 20000.
Note: The money can be deposited back to same Bank Account from which
the cheque was cleared.

I too got a call on 14th Oct (a day before elections in Maharashtra) from a girl named Kanika Sharma. She said that she was calling from the New Delhi head office of Max Life Insurance. She came up with this plan wherein i had to make a one time payment of 20, 000 & after 5 years i will be getting an assured amount of 40, 450 (Tax free). Also this payment of 20k can be considered under 80C to save tax. Plan name was 'Guaranteed Return Investment Plan'. The benefits don't end here. Along with this i get a Life insurance of 4L for 5years + family medical cover of 2L for 5years which will include cashless treatment where hospitalization is not compulsory. Plus i get a lifetime membership from Max Club. She gave me 2 options:
1. Plan without membership wherein cheque payment of 20k will be in the name of Max Life Insurance.
2. Plan with membership that has 3 more benefits wherein cheque payment of 20k will be in the name of Max Club.
2.1. 1st benefit is a commission of 20% !!!
2.2. 2nd benefit is that my Life insurance will get extended for 100 years.
2.3. 3rd benefit is that my family medical cover will get extended for 100 years too !!!
I told her that i had been cheated earlier & hence i wont invest unless you send me a mail or tell where can i find more details about this plan. To this she replied that "Sir, it is a limited 1 day offer for limited customers. It is not a standard plan & hence details aren't available in writing or on the website." I was too skeptical about this plan but the lady sounded so professional & convincing that i fell for it. I confirmed that i was interested. She told me that there will be a free look period of 15 days during which i can cancel the plan & get my entire amount back. She gave me a couple of other numbers where i could call for assistance. She assured me that this is a genuine Max Life Insurance product & that there is no involvement of any agent & hence safe. All the agent benefits would be given to the customer.
She told me that i will be getting a confirmation call next day morning i.e.15th Oct & product details will be explained & verified once again so that you are satisfied. I got a call in the morning from a guy named Amit Singhania. He spoke to me for a while, explained the exact same things that Kanika had said. I told him too that i doubt the authenticity of this plan to which he again told me about the free look period of 15 days. I again fell for it. It then struck to my mind that it makes no sense for anybody to go for this plan 'without' membership as it has no benefits that i get with membership. So obviously everyone will go with membership & hence make payment to Max Club instead of Max Life Insurance. I tried searching about Max Club on the net but couldn't find anything helpful. I then called up Max Life Insurance customer care number but the office was closed because of elections. I had a feeling that something was wrong. So i delayed her calls for a while. Went home after voting & again checked the net. The document collection boy was about to reach my residence (which was wrong address given by me as i was already doubting the plan :P) to collect the cheque & documents & so i had very less time to do a last check. Fortunately i found many blogs where exact cases were mentioned & claimed to be frauds. Names of Kanika Sharma & Amit Singhania were also found in such complaints. Also their numbers were found but with different names. None of the complainants had received the policy bond or money. Infact no one had answered their calls. Then came Kanika's call & i confronted her. She got furious & nervous & disconnected the call. Even the document collection guy didn't call. Thank God & thanks to all you people who shared their experiences on the internet, otherwise i would have been a victim too.

Note: Always ask to provide policy details in writing. Either in the form of a brochure or on email. Check the ID of the person who is contacting you personally. If possible take a picture because even employee of insurance companies do such stuff. Friends & relatives of mine have been victims earlier. Invest safely.

I want to try ur money in proper investment so please help me. so next day again Mr. Abhimanyu request me please invest another 16000 and total 40000 policy in Max life insurance so please send me chq by courier . Club Max was promised me that money will be refunded in November 2014
but it was not happened and Club Max is failed to keep its Promise.Secondly
Club Max told me that refund has already processed and i will receive
my money till 16th of December and again i did not received any refund
and Club Max again failed to keep its promise.Now you guys
are telling me that due to the ear end Refund procedure is taking some
time, which is not possible as I am following this since September 2014.Also if that was the reason then why you lied in previous email that Refund has been already processed?you guys are just passing the time over this issue.This will force me to go to the police and consumer court.till now i was cooperating with Club Max in a hope that it will keep its promise but in vain.I want you to provide me the below information ASAP.1) Customer Care Contact Details (Phone in use).2) Company CEO name and contact details.3) Contact details of all Club Max Directors with their name and email addresses.3) If you are refunding the money exact time and date for the same.do reply ASAP.Regards, Krishna Kale.
