Clubmahindra — Club mahindra forced us to upgrade the membership and deducted money from my credit card | |||||
Hi On 30th march 2016, while on my vacation to Kubhalgard, a sales representative of club mahindra Mr. Arshad Rajja who is reporting to Mr. Antariksh, made false claims mentioned below and lured us to buy their upgrade from studio apartment to 1 BR. Following false claimes he made : a) Only members holding 1BR or above can buy the RCI members not other members. b) Payment plan is very flexible and they will deduct the money only when I will be in financial position to buy this upgrade. He even got our credit card details. When I returned from holiday within 15 days they started sending me intimations that club mahindra would deduct money from May month only . It was shock to me that on one hand Arshad claimed that they are so flexible and now within just 15 days they started calling/sending mail to start this EMI. I have already sent several mails to [protected]@clubmahindra.com and to Rajja.[protected]@mahindraholidays.com requesting to cancel my request for upgrade and adjust my amount against the annual maintenance fees. Instead of addressing my concern clubmahindra has debited EMI amount my credit card. Please help me to resolve this matter Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am having very bad experience with the way clubMahindra guys are handling this case. :
1. I raised my dispute
2. Club Mahindra responded back with their own terms.
3. Club Mahindra deducted money from my credit card without my consent.
4. Then we discussed some resolution with Sapna Gupta / Antariksh of clubMahindra.
5. For last one week I have been following it up with club mahindra to send me minutes of meeting that we discussed where we discussed following points
a) My EMI can be started from August month .
b) My entire outstanding amount will be distributed in 48 EMIs without any interest.
c) ClubMahindra willl give me two night stay as compensation for the service.
But surprisingly as of now after following up a lot I am not getting any response.
