[Resolved]  Cnbc Awaaz Media Pvt Ltd — online booked item not received twice

I have booked one LEE cooper shoe on JABONG online site on 08.12.14. the expected delivery time given by jabong was 19.12.14. the material has been dispatched through GOJAVAs courier by JABONG. after delivery date, i have communicate several times to JABONG for delivery but could not get solution not even material.Even there is no update on courier site the last update on 09.12.14. The jabong personnel making lame excuses daily. This is not first time, this item is replacement of other one which had been booked by me on 07.11.14. Sir, now party is not taking my problem seriously & giving me only assurance. Pl. help me out in this regards.
