Cnbc Awaaz Media Pvt Ltd — Refund of my cancelled air ticket

On 13.04.15 i had cancelled my one sided ticket (PNR - S7UIKM Indigo Airlines 6E - 617), Visakhapatnam to Delhi from my Make my Trip Booking ID - NF[protected]. As per Make my Trip norms, Rs. 2, 500/- plus Charges (if any) was to be deducted as cancellation charges. I am having the Original Boarding Pass of the DEL to VTZ ticket (PNR – S7UIKM Indigo Airlines 6E - 692), on which I had already travelled, but surprisingly as per refund status Rs. 10, 545/- was showing as Cancellation Charges for both of my tickets (Onward journey from DEL to VTZ (05.04.2015) and Return journey from VTZ to DEL (13.04.2015). Please note that I had cancelled only my single side return ticket from VTZ to DEL (13.04.2015) . Also please note that Booking (To & Fro VTZ – DEL / DEL-VTZ) made from Make my Trip login. Cancellation of VTZ –DEL ticket also done through Make my Trip login on 05.04.2015 (at 13.40 p.m.) about 5 hours before the departure of flight (18.30 hours). I am unable to understand the reasons as already i had availed the onward journey on 05.04-15 (DEL to VTZ) and applied only for cancellation of return ticket (VTZ to DEL). There is a written communication with Ms. Geeta Eral, Head, Customer Delight, MakeMyTrip.com dated 02.05.2015, who had assured us to take appropriate steps to resolve the issue by personally reviewing the issue and assured to connect back with requisite action. (Make my Trip Reference ID[protected] I have sent numerous reminders to Make my Trip team but they are still silent on my issue. Only Rs. 449/- has been refunded to me against the said cancellation refund. Please take up the matter & arrange to refund the correct amount) We are continuously reminding Make my Trip management for last 42 days, since 22.04.2015. Still matter not resolved. Please settle the issue because as per Indigo Airlines, it is an error from Make my Trip. A sum of Rs. 2, 500/- is still refundable to me. PSP Raju ([protected])
