I was using annual product/software (Name falcon) of reliable.Co.In, since jan 2015, the annual subscription of the above said product ended in jan 2016.
Then mr. Ram from reliable.Co.In, (Delhi branch) called me for the renewal of the falcon, to which i denied and i said i do not want to use the product (Software) anymore.
He kept on try to convince me by different ways, and than he told to me about their new product/software (Fox trader) which was going to launch in march 2016.
His (Ram's) boss mr. Pawan showed me the foxtrader software's demo on his pc via team viewer and he (Pawan) also promised me about the launch of foxtrader software in march 2016.
They said please pay for the software now and start using falcon till march 2016 after that you will get foxtrader software as an free upgrade to present software, without any additional cost.
Than, on their promise, i paid to them rs 30, 756 (Approx).
In march 2016, ram said there is some delay in launch of foxtrader, please wait till, april2016.
Since than, till now july 2016 he (Ram and alok from delhi branch) has done so many wrong and false commitment to me, but not gave me the foxtrader software to which they had promised and for which i had paid.
In july2016 after so many false/wrong promises from mr. Ram, when there was no hope i asked to them for a full refund. He suggest me to call[protected] their head office in mumbai.
I called to mumbai head office, than mr. Dinesh (From head office) told me that he can refund for the remaining period of subscription of 5 months (Means july 2016 to jan 2017) as, according to him, i used their product from jan 2016 till jul 2016.
I said and explained to him that i had paid only on the promise that reliable company will provide me fox trader in march2016.
I provide him the recording of telephonic conversation with mr ram, in which mr ram is agreeing to what he has promised with me and what he has done with me.
Still reliable is not refunding all my money.
They are saying as you have used their falcon software so we can't refund full amount and repay only for remaining period of subscription.
My point is, i had to use that (Falcon) software because i had no other choice just waiting and trusting their false promises.
But i want to say that, if mr ram would have told me that we will not give you fox trader till july 2016 (Till no date of launch), i would not pay to them in jan2016.
I think their purpose was only to sell their current software by giving customers, a wrong promise o[censored]pgraded new advanced version, and than customer will have no choice, and will use their current software.
Please help me to get all my money back.
