My mother has transferred a flat in navi mumbai to me through a gift deed which was registered /stamp duty paid as per legal rules in 2013, i applied for change of ownership rights, which was acknowledged and accpeted by the society, i again applied for change of name in share certificate, which was put on hold as society told me they dont have the rights to transfer the share certificate.Please let me know how can i get the new share certificate issued in my name.
