Elegance Residency Moti Shiholi Gandhinagar, Guj RS NO-116 AND 118 WITH SUB PLOT "A" AND "B"is a co-operative housing society CONSISTING OF 258 Flats .The builder is not handing over the society to the Elected President and the Secretary .There is a problem in sub plot "B" where 12 flats were modified by the builder from 2BHK to 3 BHK and because of that GUDA is not allowing to register and sell the flats . In this condition what we should do ?The society "B" do not have basic amenities like Club House, Bore-well, Open air theater and swimming pool as promised and provided in sub plot "A".That is the reason the Builder want to combine both the society together, where GUDA "S intervention is required . What to do ?
