Why Cut Off option is not provided to Retail investors in the CIL OFS ? When Cut off option is provided for IPOs why not to OFS ?
I have applied the shares at 375 assuming that there will be some cut off for Retail Investors. Since there is no cut off concept for Retail Investors, I have received the shares at 375 - 5% discount, which is clearly a cheating by the people who frames OFS guidelines.
Pls take up this matter to the respective authorities and see that money can be refunded.
