Coca-Cola India Ltd — Putting Up Illegal Billboard on Private Property

Sub: Removal of Illegal Sign Board On 20.03.2015 representatives of Coca-Coa secretly put up a sign board illegally on the front wall of our premises at 3B Northern Avenue, Kolkata -700037. One Rabindranath Saha is carrying on an eating house without valid licence under name Tripti Gourmet. A criminal M.P. case no 2263 was filed in 2014. A shopkeeper is authorised to use the shop room only, not the wall of the house. Coca-Cola, Kolkata, was requested to remove this illegal sign board immediately but they did not heed my complaint. I also complainted to Kolkata Municipal Corporation but received not response. Dr Swapan Kumar Banerjee This billboard must be removed at once by Coca-Cola.
