Cochin Corporation — Water logging in front of villa

To Mayor of Cochin Corporation Respected Sir, I Liju John Residing in Edakochi Pamapyi moola, Indira Gandhi Road With subjected to the above, regret to inform that our 2.5 meter wide corporation road near Demci parampu Anganwadi is permanently tarring reverse slop and it cause water logging and problematic to walk and access to my home. For the past few years we continuously complaining to Our Counselor Mrs.Karmili and she promised to resolve this issue when they are tarring on the next season time. We wait until this time and for 3 months ago they tarred without attend our earlier request and they execute more than wrong quality of sloping system as earlier state. This location has a proper drain on the right side and making road slope on the reverse left side direction. I work in abroad and family staying at Kochi. In this bad circumstances lot of times me direct called to Councilor and even to the Contractor to describe the particular conditions. Unfortunately nothing happened and stills us facing the worst situation and please refers my attached photographs it will enlightened the situation and seriousness of my compliant.
