Hello Friend, Do not attend Cogzidel Technologies for interview. Waste of time. Deepak will be a fraud and worst person in cogzidel technologies. For interview itself we need to wait for more time. The call u to come attend interview in morning itself. But interview taken only afternoon. We need to wait for long time. if we not answer correctly study and come next week. At that time also the will do same thing. I[censored] selected u need to work more than 12 hrs per day from 8.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M. These time is normal u need to completed the task given by them within these hrs. Otherwise need to stay whole day. While interview the will told 5000 Salary per month. But the will give 3500 only. One more thing u need to work 15 Day freely with out salary. The will check your performance. If we told 15 days is completed. The will told after one more week i will inform you. You need to work without salary for one month and more than 12 hrs per day. Finally the will say your performance is not good. Tomorrow onwards don't come to office.

Dear Mr.Nazir, Here are our clarifications to the points you have brought out. Point 1: I paid 950$ for Sedio vine application, Yes, we accept it and nowhere we have denied this and we have been in touch still now. Point 2: they said that they will deliver the application within 15 days, but still now i didn't receive the application ready, We were aware of the design iterations from your end and your sudden dispute put the project on hold for some days. Also, you gave up the dispute after the discussion with Sid and we have rolled up the project and got it completed. And, we don't know why you are saying the app is not ready still. We have deployed the Android version in the Google App store which you are already aware of. Maybe the video quality will not be good as we had already mentioned that we need to change the URL, and we have done that too. Point 3: now they are asking i have to pay 200$ extra for the deployment, but i have all ready paid the money for deployment, which you can see from the invoice. We have intimated already in our email about the changes in terms and conditions of 2015 and we were ready to deploy the Android app for free, and we have done it too. For reference, please find the attached (Changed Policy.png) We have charged for iOS and it has been initiated by our Sales team and you too accept to pay that. Also another this, All their Products are not really developed by them and it's stolen from another company. For client projects, they use fresher. So the output will be buggy and there will not be a standard in coding. By selling the buggy code, they charge more money for fixing that bugs.

Here is our response for your Complaint,

Clarification: At Cogzidel, we have 3 rounds of Interviews - Written, HR Round and Final Interview. Each round has different level of validations done by HR & Tech Teams. It’s obvious that involves time as we have steady inflow of interview candidates on a daily basis. This is the normal process followed by any company, irrespective of IT industry.

Complaint: if we not answer correctly study and come next week.

Clarification: Any company in the world doesn't offer the Job to anyone, if they don't have the right skills. Infact, other companies will ask you to prepare and attend the interview after 6 months to 1 year. But here in Cogzidel, we provide the next opportunity within 15 days. Lot of Employees have prepared and attended the interview in 15 days and got selected. They are working here for more than a year successfully.

Clarification: As a fresher, you need to learn many things to do the task in real time. We are not a training company. We are here to provide support, but at the same time, it is your responsibility to update your knowledge and skills.

To be frank, if you are going to extend your work timing, it is actually a loss for the company as you are occupying the night shift people seat, electricity, time and our energy, but we never worry about that, as we always spend time to improve our Employee Skills set and providing them a platform to take it to the next level. Moreover, if you are going to complete your daily tasks, then we never ask you to extend at all.

Complaint: These time is normal u need to completed the task given by them within these hrs. Otherwise need to stay whole day.

Clarification: Student responsibility is to Study well. Father responsibility is to take care of his family. Employee responsibility is to complete the task. We never ask our employees to say until the situation is critical.

Complaint: While interview the will told 5000 Salary per month. But the will give 3500 only.

Clarification: Our HR's would have clearly conveyed on the CTC split-up during the HR Round and again during the induction round. If you are not aware of the split-up, here are the details for your reference,

Salary: 5000
Take home: 3875
PF: 840
ESI: 285

PF - It is your money and it will come back to you during your exit. It is a government process which is followed by all the companies.

ESI - You can use it for Medical treatment.

This information is shared in the HR round and only when the candidate agrees to it, we proceed them to the next round.

Complaint: One more thing u need to work 15 Day freely without salary. The will check your performance.

Clarification: During the HR round of the interview process, we have clearly explained the 15 day review period and all the information's are passed before we confirm. We follow this process to understand your Skillset, how you perform, what are you strength, weakness and your flexibility. We never hide any information from our employee. If you are not interested in this, you could have said that during induction!

Complaint: If we told 15 days is completed. The will told after one more week i will inform you. You need to work without salary for one month and more than 12 hrs per day. Finally the will say your performance is not good. Tomorrow onwards don't come to office.

Clarification: The Review period is to understand how you perform, your basic learning ability and your attitude check. Again, I would like to inform you that Cogzidel is not a training institute to teach and give salary. We are here to develop your career, provide support with knowledge. People who worked here for more than 1 a year are getting good amount of salary.

We never say that 'Don't come to office'. In the review session, we announce the areas that need to improve and advise the people to work on the gaps and come back. By policy, we never REJECT a candidate and always provide another opportunity. If you can let us know your real name, we can check from our records and share your Areas of Improvement and assist you to go to the next level and offer a opportunity as well. Actually, the opportunity was already offered! It’s just that you didn’t realized and understood it!
In IT company they provide 5000 salary for 12 hrs is very bad in any point of view .

On special cases there were some skill development sessions were conducted for employees!! Also these sessions were not pushed to employees!! Either people join voluntarily or recommended to join if they really need improvement!!

We have been attending exams from our schooling!! A school doesn't discriminate a good, average and below average student!! Exams are conducted without discrimination. It is the discreet of the student to take up the exam!!

Please do not buy from this company. They promise a lot with their software but it doesn't work. I paid for installation and when they installed it the product didn't work. I ordered the kickstarter clone and the product came with no way to edit any of the pages either from the front end or through dreamweaver, no way to set up commission structure, no way to add your own logo to the system instead it continues to say Cogzidel and VfundU, no way to add fields to user sign up, no way to add information to the menu or even to edit a static page, could not edit email templates or assign them to go out, could not organize categories, and can't change basic colors on website. For all of these features which the company claims comes with their software, the company is trying to charge me an additional $2000 including $580 for their project management staff. Please listen to the real reviews, they are a scam. I have made a complaint to paypal and hope to get some of my money back

My parent company is BRICKSTEEL ENTERPRISES, Salem TamilNadu related to construction field and is in the market for last 40 years. So please don't have any ideas that cogzidel helped me to start my software Venture. Cogzidels ex director Mr. Major Karthik has joined my company and it doesn't mean that Cogzidel helped to start BSEtec. So i request you to please take out Bsetec name in your write up. But on other hand i completely vouch for Cogzidel good credibility as i personally know it a professionally well managed company and its CEO Mr. Anand Natraj is a one of the best persons i have met. i hope you will do the needful to take out my company name from your list out

If you are looking for some changes we will estimate the hours will provide the prototype and storyboard for the changes after the payment of service advance. Then we will work based on the ticket basis and we will update you the daily status. But I am just confused after the project has initiated how we messed up. If I ever was interested in your product; I am definitely NOT interested now or ever.

All the things which they are claiming either gov. should provide a stamp for that and if these are fake commitment kindly close this company. we every body how this cheat fund companies gradually increasing their roots and when their collection of get completed then suddenly they all gone. welcome to the club, I been waiting for 8 months for an app they cannot unload it to Itunes.
this company is fraud, don't waste your time and money here, is a spam. I paid $4000 and then $2000 for an app modification and they cannot even upload it to iTunes because is full of bugs and I been waiting for 8 months and still they cannot fix it. they don't know anything about programming. the code is a mess. and they never take responsibilities.
customer service a disaster. they call you 20 times a day when you have to pay and then when you need something they are never there or tell you whats going on.
I'm taking them to the court In USA for all the issues they cause to my startup.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DON'T GIVE THEM MONEY.
