Coin Roots Analysis — Non payment of Interest and principal amount | |||
I had paid an amount of Rs. 50, 000/- thru Bank transfer to M/s. Coinroots Analysis- AHMEDABAD against receipt No. 000CR54 dt. 27/3/15, for a money back offer plan of monthly interest of Rs. 9375/- from of Coinroots Analysis. we have received their 1st interest payment for Rs. 9375/- on 30th april 2015. We have been trying to contact the company over phone and their person verbally had assures us full payment of Interest and Principle totaling to 59, 375/- on 10th June 2015. As we had told them that we would like to discontinue as they have not made the interest payment in the month of MAY 2015. We have sent a lot of e-mails and also made many calls till date but have Not received any positive information and also they have Not made the monthly interest payment for the month of May 2015 till date. Hence we request you to kindly help us in getting our Interest and Principle amount totaling to Rs. 59375/-. we can provide you all the documents as I have them in .pdf format presenatly. As of 30th June 2015 I am still waiting for My payment from M/s. Coinroots Analysis- AHMEDABAD. Hence I request all the people who want to invest in this company to rethink. I have Not got My interest amount of Rs. 9375/- each for the month of May & June 2015 and also my initial deposit amount of Rs. 50, 000/- which I have asked them to return it back becaus of their default, is still with them and are Not ready to make the payment in spite of my repeated request. I have No other option but to take leagel action against M/s. Coinroots Analysis- AHMEDABAD. I will be initiating this action shortl.

I once again waited for M/s. Coinroots Analysis- AHMEDABAD who had verbally said they will make the payment on 30th June which did not happen On 1st July they said they will make the payment which has not happened hence. I am still waiting and Now I am planning to take legal action against M/s. Coinroots Analysis- AHMEDABAD for Cheating and Fraud.
I once again waited till 2nd July 2015 for M/s. Coinroots Analysis- AHMEDABAD to make my payment but they don't seam to be interested in making my payment and are almost not reachable. Hence I request all investors to be cautious in investing in this company. I am Now going ahead with Legal action of Fraud and Cheating...

People who want to invest in this company should be careful, as I have received couple of call from other Investor's about Non Payment of Principle and monthly Interest amount by M/s. Coinroots Analysis- AHMEDABAD in spite of them following with them.

I have invested 451000 on 30th May, I have call them more then 100 times but only they paid 18750 rupees . They suppose to pay 162000 rupees.
When ever I am called they were not receiving or simple one SMS will come we will pay 1 or 2 days but nothing will come and they will not receive the call again.
My request to all please call me on [protected] to reach me .
I am going tomorrow to give complain .

I have still not got my May and June 2015 Month interest Payment from M/s. Coinroots Analysis- AHMEDABAD.totalling to Rs. 18750/- as per our agreement and they have made an interest payment of Rs.9, 375/- in the month of April 2015.

Coinroots Analysis- AHMEDABAD against receipt No. 000CR101 dated 28/05/15, for a money back offer plan of monthly interest of Rs.9375/- from of Coinroots Analysis. I haven't received my refund as well as monthly interest payment for a single month.
I tried my best to talk and even approach them through mail M/s. Coinroots Analysis- AHMEDABAD initially they picked my call for 2-3 times and told that they are arranging the money and will pay in 2 to 3 days. Which did not happen. Now they only seam to be neglecting my calls as well as no reply for the mail. It seems as if they are not interested in paying my amount and the due Interest. I have no other alternative but Now to escalate the matter to RBI and SEBI of their wrong doing. They are only trying to drag on.

I have also invested rs. 300000/- in the coin roots analysis company in their monthly money back offer in the month of February /March 2015. still to day i have not got even my monthly returns or my deposit back.They are not responding to my phone calls or my mails.I am struggling to get rid off from this since from JUNE 2015.but still not possible.Now i saw the people deceived from the company in the same way as i had, and want the help/suggestion from them.Please contact me over mob.[protected].
still today i have not received neither the benefit for my rs300000/ deposit nor my deposit back. On 18/05/2015 for my calls made to Mr Manan, I got sms reply from him as "sir let me call you back".but he did not called me back.After words I am calling him to contact daily, but he never picked his phone. Once again today I called him at 10.30 hrs, he answered and told me to wait and disconnected the call. Then after hours together i waited for his call and i only called him, but he did not replied. This is how he is mischiefing and lying with the clients. My self and my family are very much worried with financial crisis as i am also a retd. and senior citizen.
