Columbia Asia Hospital — Awful behaviour of security staff

I am a doctor (Radiologist) and had my grandmother admitted in columbia asia kolkata for intertrochanteric fracture. I had gone to visit her (10/8/18) and was sipping a cup of tea waiting for the elevator. After about 15 mins waiting when the lift finally arrived the guard near the elevator named gopinath told me that tea wasn't allowed inside the lift. I told him why he didn't tell me that earlier because i was in a rush as i had to go back to my duty. To this not only did he reply rudely, he kept saying that it was wasn't his duty to inform. Even when i told him i was a doctor he continued to argue and behave rude and ugly. Such behaviour was appalling. We turn to hospitals in times of need and do not expect such harassment from staff. Highly unexpected. Severely disappointed.
