Discharge time duration

My son is supposed to be discharged today. However the process of discharging takes about 3-4 hours (the earliest) which reflect poor work process and lousy system utilized by Columbia Asia Setapak compared to other private hospital (i.e. gleneagles).

Intentional Harassment (Sexual and Motive)

I was admitted in Columbia Asia Hospital for the delivery of my child from 1/8/21 to 03/08/21. Dr. Ritwik Ghosh Halder was on duty as RMO. First of all he was very rude since the beginning, as if I have done big crime by coming there as patient. My Surgery

I had my Surgery on 25th March 2021 for deviated septum and turbinoplasty etc after consulting with various doctors and Finally with Dr Sampat.
Initially with his PR skills his got my confidence, however as a doctor he failed to tell me the complications after the surgery.

When called the customer care no one bother to answer the call for the appointment.

The ring goes and automatically disconnected. It tried 2 hours and then it was very difficult for me to get it connected.
Finally, I called the emergency number in pune and the lady at the other side was also very rude.
She was not supportive....

Columbia Asia Hospital Bengaluru refused to honor the advertised discount for American Express clients after procedure was done.
It was clarified at the time of admission and the office staff confirmed we will honor - money will be credited back in 10 days.
Now the Accounts manager Archana Harish says offer was ended in 2019. Attached their offer and her email that is valid until December 31st, 2021.

Almost ten days back I had booked Covid prevention vaccniation for my mother (Mrs. Bimla Kharbanda ) and mother-in-law ( Mrs.Vinu Sagar). The appointment was confirmed for 17th March. However when my wife reached the hospital today morning she was told to come in the afternoon. When she again took the old ladies in the afernoon she was told that the vaccine is out of stock.

Irresponsible behaviour

Sir, Visited Yeshwanthpur hospital to day, The callous nature of Ms Ashwini a receptionist and others made me dumb stuck. I WAS SENT BACK MERCILESSLY WITHOUT MEDICAL CHECKUP. I am 60 years diabetic, and was 9.30hrs . The staff had no patience to check the credentials. I was very much insulted and hurt. They kept shouting at me with knowing my agony. negligence and multiple deficiency in health services

Big hospitals like columbia asia maintaining the decor, they are recruit the uneducated staff and maintain the sorry policy. Because of their mistake ur treatment get delay, first they put the blame on you and then doctor like they have not given proper justification. If still can't satisfy the you den come on sorry mistake has happened nothing can be done.

My father, pranab kumar das, mrn 147809 got admitted yesterday for a laproscopic surgery under dr. Harshal rajekar.
