Hello,
I consulted Dr Ashish for lump issue on right collarbone & he recommended few tests. I took the appointment on 21 & was there on time but no doc was present hence they shifted it to next day. I enquired about charges which were 2000 INR.
I arrived on time & made the bill payment, this process is itself very irritating at your hospital because no one clearly know what needs to be done and what not. I made advanced payment & completed all the tests.
When I returned back to office, I received the calls from hospital saying there is some confusion & I need to pay 3400 more!!
highly unprofessional & careless attitude I have ever seen in my life in any of the hospitals!!
Despite being so very expensive management is utterly poor!!
