I had ordered for 14 veg thalis 2hrs before reaching nuzamuddin. They confirmed d order n assured timely delivery. But even after 1hrs of my train leaving nizamuddin station there is no food delivery nor am i receivng any better response from the head there. I have small kids with me...the pantry people are also unable to provide food for so many people now. This is d worst customer service i can ever see from a brand name as comesum.
