[Resolved] Comparedth.com — Regarding shoes | |||||
Sir, I had taken dishtv connection, i was sent coupon for shoes and asked to pay rs199/-, it was a free offer from company comparedth.com, they had sent the shoes by courier with wrong address, the shoes has been returned to company as informed by ondot courier company, the docket number is[protected] on dot courier company, i have called everyone from jaipur office to the kirtinagar (Mobile no. [protected] & [protected]) hub and the pick up hub (Mobile no. [protected]) also According to the comparedth they have not received back the courier and according to the ondot courier company the shoes has been returned to place of booking I have made more than 150 complaint online on comparedth.com but till yet i have not received even a single call Recently i came accross a comment and in that it was mentioned there are many cases like me who have not received the shoes but they have not taken effort to make a complaint Please into the matter Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 15, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved sir, today i had received the followup call from the call, my issue was resolved and i have received my pair of shoes, thanks to consumer complaint for raising the issue and bringing a step closer to company. my issue has been resolved i have received shoes but dont know the exact date so would like to close this issue and mark it as resolved thanks regards devendra Compare DTH / Vserve Ecommerce Sales & Service customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
