100 Best Buy — CHANGE AND DELAY IN DELIVERY OF PRODUCT | |||
DEAR SIR/MADAM, I HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR PRODUCT “Philips Stereo PC headset” ON 21ST JAN 2013 ON 100BESTBUY WHICH HAS BEEN CHANGED TO “Frontech 3442 Headset” AS THE NON AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT WITHOUT GIVING ANY INTIMATION TO ME EITHER THROUGH CALL OR MAIL. SO THAT I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY THROUGH EMAIL & CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER THEY TOLD ME TO REJETC THE COURIER I.E Frontech 3442 Headset, WHICH HAS BEEN REJECTED BY ME ON 19TH FEB 2013. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CONTACT ME WHEN THEY RECEIVE THE REJECTED COURIER. BUT THEY DIDN’T TRY TO CONTACT AND WHENEVER I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THE RESPONSE I GET FROM THEM WAS NOT SATISFACTORY AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN REPLY MY MAIL. AFTER COMPLETION OF 45 DAYS ALSO NO ONE WAS READY TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY AND GET TO THE SOLUTION. SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS CREATED FROM THE 100BEST BUY COMPANY.
