My Order No.[protected] Dt.[protected] for an ipod of Rs.499/- which was paid through karur vysya bank online banking. ref no.CCA11FABV451-[protected]. I have received order copy for this by mail. My Order No. 1116151 Dt.[protected] for an ipod&watch of Rs.599/- which was paid through karur SBI online banking.

I had ordered an i-pod from Suksh. After placing the order I recieved a call from the service provider for the home address verification and discussing the product details. They told me that the i-pod is of Apple company model A1320, and along with i-pod we are giving 2GB memory card, earphone, 1 year warranty card, data cable and you need to pay the Rs 699 on delivery and this is our offer prize actual price of it is Rs 2999. So i placed the order. After 4 days of their call i recieved the i-pod through courier (Aramex, [protected]), but as i opened the pack i found that it is a local MP3 Player with very poor sound quality and without any memory card which also not worth 699.
Ref. order no 100944 (Suksh Technology). The product has been delivered at Suksh Technology with waybill no. [protected] and received by Swati (([protected]) on 10th Oct, 2011. As spoken with Ravi Kumar in 100bestbuy.com customer care service dept, he assured me of complete refund, but now he is not taking my calls or would like to speak.
Kindly contact me or refund my money. You people have taken back my original product and now as per your refund policy not refunding the entire amount.
