I had ordered an MP3 player from 100bestbuy.com. After placing the order i received a call from the service provider for the home address verification and discussing the product details. They told me along with MP3 layer we are giving 2GB memory card, earphone, warranty card, data cable and you need to pay the Rs 699 on delivery and this is our offer prize actual price of it is Rs 2999. So i placed the order. After 4 days of their call i relieved the MP3 layer through courier, but as i opened the pack i found that its ear phone was broken, there is no memory card, there is no warranty card and i ordered blue colored MP3 layer and they have sent me black MP3 layer but over the packet it is written blue color, with very poor sound quality. Then i sent 4-5 mail to 100bestbuy.com and they replied me with replacement details i.e. due to stock unavailability you might have got the different product. So please courier the product to our given address and after receiving the product we send you new product as soon as possible. I also called 15-20 times customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product(MP3 Player) that was really good and all the parts are working very well. So now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement.

Hello sir,

I ordered MP3 player, Kuber kunji and leather belt from 100 besybuy.com. I got a call from 100bestbuy.com, they told to me to pay online to get the product. Then i paid online and i got my order number and again they called me and told that i will get my products within 5-6 days.
After 8 days i got my product. I liked Kuber kunji and leather belt but not MP3 player because it didn't work properly. Again i called to 100bestbuy customer care and they told me to return the product to our address and after receiving the product they will send another MP3 player. After 10 days i got one good MP3 Player with gift and no need to pay any extra charges. This time MP3 player is good and it works properly
