[Resolved] 100bestbuy.com / Ipod — fraud sale of online products | |||
Dear Sir, I have ordered 2 IPods from www.100bestbuy.com, details as follows:- Order Number: 1116562 Order date: Sep 28, 2011 Total Amount : INR (Indian Rupees) 200.00 Order Number: 1119773 Order date: Sep 30, 2011 Total Amount : INR (Indian Rupees) 249.00 But when I received my both products I found they are very cheap mp3 player, but none of them are from Sony brand. When I called their office before place the order I have asked their man over phone about the brand of the IPod and he said it’s from Sony, Sony made a tie-up with their company, due to that reason, they are giving/offering IPod on such price. Also I will get warranty card with IPOD from Sony, so that I can go to any Sony shop and replace the iPod, if needed. These all information I got from their office when a guy called me and I called them too for further verifications before placing the order. So i kindly request you to return that product back to us we will replace that with good one. Please courier it at address mentioned below : Suksh Technology Private limited Salarpuria Hallmark, #15/[protected]@16, 4th floor Kadubeesanahalli Outer ring road Bangalore 560087 INDIA if you have any query please contact our customer care representative help you [protected] Regards customer care 100bestbuy.com So I returned both mp3 players on the above mentioned address and they told me that they will returned me the courier charges (Rs.90/-) which I have incurred due to their faulty management. So I courier the product on:[protected] & AWB no:- 22376 via errand courier. After 10days, when I didn’t get their response, I called them several times and they told me, they didn’t receive the courier. After few days I contact the courier company at Bangalore and suddenly 100bestbuy.com called me and told me, that they received the courier sent by me and those correct products are with them now, they will send them via Blue dart courier within 5th November, 2011. also they asked me, which products I order and I told them about Sony Ipod, which they told me in the time of online order. On 14th November,2011 I have received the products and they are same cheap mp3players. This time one mp3 player is not working, both headphones are damaged, only one side of headphone is working, but both USB data cables are working. These I got from them. From this bad and irresponsible service from this company I have decided to make complain against them. I would request you to take some legal action against them and reject/band their site and business as well. This type of fraud company don’t have right to give such fake statement against reputed company like Sony, nor they can make fool general people.
