100Bestbuy.com — no response for the product

Myself Tarun kumar gupta i paid rs 699 to the company for samsung galaxy grand on 19/3/2013 at 10:40 but the company seems to have forgot them, the phone is not working, no mail is recieved, no status is shown, i am unable to track my product, nobody tried to contact me by phone or mail my order id shown was [protected] which is now said to be wrong my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and phone no. [protected]
