[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — Product Not Delivered

I have purchased a product Chiffon Printed Saree with Blouse – Black from 100BestBuy.com, Ref.No. 5641025. So far I have not received my product also money is not refunded back to account. I have been trying hard to track the order through customer care [protected] but every time unlucky to get connected as it say "Either all the customer care executives are busy attending other customers or you have called after office hours." Then I have mailed at [protected]@100bestbuy.com regarding my complaint but no one had courtesy to reply over mail or call and update the status. A request to other buyers. Please be never buy anything online especially from 100bestbuy.com.

Today I have talked to Madam Pooja and she have guided me to login on the web site of http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/gift.htm . But I have tried lot of time and this site is dose not opened. Hi,

I have ordered a sunglasses from 100bestbuy.com, what they have charged I made the payments online. Then they send me the wrong item, pirated one, I sent them back the same. Now I am looking forward for my item to be delivered, but there is no response from the site as well consumer executive. It's been more than 1 month, I ordered the glasses.
Very very poor service and bad behavior.

My product is not delivered yet, i ordered it on october 31st 2012. they gave me a incorrect tracking number.
I have ordered a pendrive from the website on 31st October and I have not received the product yet. It was just a pendrive work 330 and they charged me 150 as shipping price and when I try to reach them there is no response from them. No proper answer through email and finally I got connected on the call and they gave me a tracking number and it’s a wrong delivery to some other person.

8 Months back I ordered two Tshirt from 100bestbuy.com and made payment online. When ever I call them at there customer care number[protected] they say Sir we will send your Tshirt within 4 days but they never did so and I regularly keep on calling them and as it an STD number call costing is also high.

My message is to everyone never buy any product from www.100bestbuy.com they give you [censored] promises and there customer care is worst.

I has been days since i had ordered SAMSUNG GALAXY S DUOS 7562 . i ordered it on 14th January and had made payment through net-banking, but has not received the product till now.i have been continuously calling and mailing regarding the delay of product from TWO week.

Its been 6 days since you have dispatched the shoes and still hasn't arrived and there has been no communication from your side. First of all you are not delivering the shoes I had ordered and you said its out of stock I was fine with it because I just wanted the shoes to be delivered and get over with it. Its very disappointing that shoes has not been delivered. Please refund my amount I have lost interest as well as belief that the shoes will be delivered. And its a futile effort contacting the service center number as no one will pick it. Make sure the amount is refunded and cancel the order . This will be my last transaction with 100BestBuy.
I am Amit dhatterwal.I participated in a Contest on 100bestbuy.com in January . I didn't win that and so i got credits for my money then i had placed an order for formal wallet and belt combo on 6th Feb at 100bestbuy.com for which 441 Rs had been deducted from my account.

Firstly, i told them to recharge my phone because there was a scheme to get recharge of Rs 50 for every product you purchase from 100bestbuy.com
i got mail on 14th feb in which they feel sorry for inconvenience but there was no order no. for Formal wallet and belt combo, i was shocked to see that.

then on 16th feb i got another mail for my recharge and again they feel sorry for delay in delivery but this time they gave order no=8584819
but there was no Formal wallet and belt combo !!!

Neither i get any recharge nor my product and its been 22 days.

i called customer care many a times and they were kept saying that sir, you will get notification in next 2 days. on 19th feb suddenly they said that my reference no is not valid and hanged my phone !
I have mailed them around 10 times but no satisfactory response came.

On 04 jan 2013, in an online contest i paid rs 399 through net banking for samsung tablet from 100bestbuy.com. condition given was in case you do not win tablet, your money will be debited to your account. I did not win nor my money, on complaint also my money was not debitted to my personnel bank account but in 100bestbuy account . To get my money back I was compelled to do another bewakoofi, i ordered one hand bag worth RS 864, I paid Rs 565 (864 minus 75% of my amount with 100bestbuy account) on 12 mar 2013. order no. is 513edbbaa832da. After repeated follow ups i have not got any status update of my order. I complained for this thru another consumer complaint forum on 27 mar 2013. I got following message from 100 bestbuy through the forum on 29 mar 2013:

"100Bestbuy has just left a comment on your complaint with the ticket number #173639. Below is their response.

Dear S Philip,

We apologizes for inconvenience happened from our service, we will send your product very soon.Due to some technical problems your product delayed from us, we will be sending you the product within 7 working days,please wait for few days ."

But i have not recd my product till now and to my surprise in my a/c of 100 best buy today my cart is empty and credit balance is Rs 964, i,e my money is blocked and i have not got the product.

My request to all fellow readers to be careful while doing shopping from such sites.
