100Bestbuy.com — Product not dispatched after deduct my money

Dear Sir,

I am Swarnava Ghosh, already placed an order of a saree to http://www.100bestbuy.com, and payment of Rs 723 /- has been made by net banking OF Axis Bank Ltd (Transaction details -14/09/2012 ICONN/54759677/140912/TIMES OF MONEY LTD) The money has been deducted from my account name and number is - Swarnava Ghosh - [protected], But the yet not despatched my product from company. Almost 1 month over i placed the order. I am talking with customer care everyday, I already written 5 mails to them but they are not responding. My order details is:
Product Name : Satrang Geometrical Abstract Print (1232 )
Order No : 5828886.

What can i do? neither they send the product nor they return my money back.
I think this is a fake company.
kindly do something as my money will return to me.

I purchased 4 sarees worth RS 3712/- through site 100bestbuy.com on[protected].The money has been deducted from my account name and number is - Kanchan Rajput - [protected], But I havent received any product yet. I have tried contacting customer care and all contacts availble through site, also have written many mails to them but they are not responding. My order details is:
Order No : 6222248.

What can i do? neither they send the product nor they return my money back.
I think this is a fake company.
kindly do something as my money will return to me.
