I booked wrangler jeans from 100bestbuy.com Ref. no. 3743459 but I did not get my order till yet. When I contacted through email and through telephone I did not get any response from them. They are just making fool to public so please take serious action against them. I dropped to then 6 reminders about the product but no response. I did not get my order till yet so please refund my amount into my account.

100bestbuy.com should be closed if they didn't able to manage the customers. and please they should not make fool to the customers and there rupees should be refunded. a serious action should be taken by the govt. because its a serious issue.

Bought Lenovo Ideapad S400 Laptop[protected] from 100bestbuy.com on 16/12/2013, oreder ref no[protected] and make payment with credit card.
Till date i write to them 5 mails and used to call customer care atleast 25 times in these 33 days. Have not received any reply. All the time customer care executives make excuses ur laptop dispatched by Monday then Wednesday then again next Monday and next Wednesday. in the meanwhile i am paying interest on credit card.
