[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — sir,100bestbuy.com has cheated me by selling an ipod which was not working.

dear sir,i am srinivas from vizag,complaining you on 100bestbuy.com as they cheated me by selling an ipod which was not working.actually,i got a mail from 100bestbuy.com stating that i was entitled for a combo gift of an ipod and a wrist watch both costing around rs.4500/- for free and the shipping and delivery charges are about to paid by me.so,i liked that offer and made an order on online.after 4 days,i received the courier package as i have paid rs.900/- as shipping and delivery charges.but i was shocked to see that only the watch was working and the ipod was not working.i checked it thrice by connecting it to my pc for charging.even though it was not working.so i hadsend complaint link to them and also called to their mobiles too,but they are not even to respond in any way.so,i am helpless to do nothing else than filing an online complaint on then in the indian consumer forum.so i request you to take necessary legal action on them as soon as possible.

Online Deals/iPOD — Product was not delivered but amount charged

Hi,

I had ordered an Apple iPod 80 GB with onlinedeals.in where riti Infocom Pvt. Ltd was the payment gateway. I made this payment through ICICI Credit card on Nov 3rd with order number 34668, but upto now i didnt receive any product but i was been charged for this.

I too have a similar complaint
I have ordered a shoe+watch combo through 100bestbuy.Com on 20th mar 2012 and I have paid 699rs against this aforementioned order but I have not received any acknoledgement mail or sms about my transaction. Once I checked my user account 100bestbuy.Com I have seen the transaction with refno: 3116429 and blue dart shipping number: [protected]. But when I checked blue dart website it showing the shipping number as invalid. So I have tried contacting the vendor through mail and customer support phone number but there is no proper response even after the 8th day after placing the order. I have tried calling the customer support team but sometime they wont attend the call and sometime they are telling like they can not track this order details. This kind of a response from a e-commerce portal after taking money from the customer is really ridiculous and offensive. So kindly advice me the possible ways to get the ordered products or my money back.

Hi, I don't know how somebody gave good rating to this.
I participated in a contest during july 2012. i was not informed about the winner, i called them after a month and thay promised me that i will get the credit points. but every month i call them they don't respond. some customer care person will ask number of question and disconnect the phone. i received a mail stating that the credit points will be credited within 5-6 days and i need to use within 7 days, but nothing happened. again sending the mail goes in . i used to receive a reply to call the customer care number. if i call customer care number no solution. phone disconnect.

I ordered a Kain formal Black shoes(37598) on jan 29th 2013 and got my product on 2nd feb 2013.But I got a size of 9 instead of size of 6.Actually it was deliberately made of 6 size (a 9 size shoe), So I had to return it on the same day by DTDC courier service.My courier tracking details of the returned product is
