ipod local

I have orderd 1 sony ipod but i have not received sony ipod. it's a local ipod and i also commited to get 1 charger, 1 no 5 gb memory card but it's not fulfil so i want to return this package and want my money back which is Rs. 699/-
or send me sony ipod with 1 charger and 5 gb memory card in the replacement of received ipod.
