iam sharadha my BB phone num:[protected]. iam not receiving my bills properly neither in soft/hard copy, but i have been charged for it. just a few min back i gave a call b4 making payment stating that i have been charged for late fee. they said you make payt we will waiver off. then after making payt then say it will br waived only in next month bill. kindly do the needful. i dont know how to escalate the issue. if there is there is any number plz give us.

in trichy, tn. you are having a poor- CSC.they wont pick the call at any point of time. they wont send the bills properly, wont attend the calls. then what job they do????

i am asked new instrument in broadway show room for purchase, then he say (prabhu) give me rs 600 and bring instrument in evening, i paid amount, now 30 days running no respone please enguire him, mr prabhu [protected]

) I had sent a requeste to disconnect completely my phone no. [protected] 2 months back. No action taken by your staff. I am receiving bills even though I do not need it. Please take action to dixconnedt and reverse the bills raised in the interim period.
The reason to disconnect above phone was that this phone was exclusively accepted to enable talk to the security gate where a tel no. [protected] had been provide free of billing since it was a outgoing calls barred and specially provided by the marketing staff to lure all residents of the association/condomnium to opt for Airtel landline connection fir the benefit of talking to security gate. For the past one and half year i have been corresponding but in vain to have this security gate ph no. [protected] reactivated. this is dead from somwhere july 2010. I get irrelevant teplies. There appears to be no senior staff who understands work and who can guide these lower staff who are sending irresponsible replies. All the apartment residents are preparing to cancell and disconnect airtel land lines installed for this failure of Airtel

I keep on expecting my airtel broadband refund amount since from 3 months, it has been dispatched 3 times from airtel backened office. I have not recieved yet. They said on 2nd december dispatched again through BSA courier, i did enquiry about this courier personally & through airtel customer service agent, courier people saying they have stopped their airtel service long back only, they wont do any service from airtel. This is the forth time i am facing same problem. Repeating mistakes back to back! I need to take serious action on this matter! I need my refund within a week. Please rectify about this issue! Really i am shattered here! Please take this action as your priority!!!

my landline number was [protected] and my complaint due to internet speed.i have 512kbps plan with 8gb limit...last month i crossed the 8gb limit so my speed get decreased, then i get back my speed on this month 11/12/11.but the speed decreased again in three days..now my speed is 256kbps only...i need my speed back...and i request you to give me as a unlimited usage to me...in other connection having many unlimited usage s there but the service is too best in airtel so only people loving to use airtel...so plz give me a unlimited usage to continue with airtel broadband

I am Amit Jain my office at 12A/1, WEA Karol Bagh, New Delhi.110005. This complaint is regarding the non functioning of our internet, from one Month...I have been booking complaints regularly from one month but there was no response from your side...
