airtel.haryana/land line telephone — telephone out of order

sir,my name is sudhir shingla R/O shingla house near hotel shingla palace G.T.Road panipat 132103-haryana.cell # [protected]. I have a air tel land line phone number[protected].Account #10259731. this number is out of order since last 20 days. I made complaint vide complaint #[protected]dt[protected] and also 25390508 dt[protected]. I have also made complaints on local office also. but no body is taking care to get the phone in working order. I appeal through this forum to please help me.yhanking you

AirTel — 121 complaint number is not working

Hi

I have a airtel broadband connection ([protected]) and a fixed line phone. When I dial 121 from the airtel phone and the press any digit (as per the instructions) for different query nothing is selected and I am not able to register any complain.

Dear Sir,

I have logged a complaint in Airtel regarding my internet and telephone is not working since date 10/4/2010, The telephone no is [protected] i have taken multiple follow up but my problem is same. I suffering from last one week there is no serious action taken by the airtel and closed the ticket with out any confirmation given to me.

Sir/ Madam your intervention is required on the same. Pls help me on the issue because i m facing alots of problem.

Airtel — Not clearing my broadband bills

Hi Sir,

I am Rohit Bhanot and i am living in Noida. From past 3-4 months i am seriously frustrated by Airtel people. I had a broadband internet connection with me from April to june and in the mid of June i requested the Airtel customer care to terminate my connection from 31st June and at that they said it will be terminated.

After 31st June i left that the place i was living in and moved to some other place. My request for terminating my connection was not processed from their end and they keep on generating the bills even after the customer agent promised me that your will not be processed and i was not even aware of this thing.

After 1 month they start calling me that your bill is pending and you have to pay it, i explained them entire situation and finally the lady named Naina from Airtel agreed and told me that pay Rs 1100 and your connection will be closed, i paid this amount even though i did not used my internet connection.

Now again after 2 months they have started calling me that your bill is pending and you need to clear it, this time again i explained the entire situation to them and the lady calling Pooja (her number is [protected]) this time told me that you did not returned the modem back to us. I told her that at the time i took the connection the airtel person told me that these are not refundable so they wont be taken back but she didn't understood me and still kept on forcing me to return it.

Finally i returned the modem on next day on Nov 14, 2010 and Pooja from airtel promised me that you will get your money back for refunding the modem within 2 days but its now its 5 days since then and there is no response from them. I called them today and she was not available so one of her colleagues told me that again i have to clear my bills and then only i will be paid my refundable money back.

So sir please help me out. I am really very tired of false promises made by Airtel to me every time i contact them, they just fool me around and the never contact back.

So please please help !!!!!

I AM INTO THE BUISNESS OF AUTOMOBILS (TATA AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE) AND ALL OF MY BUISNESS NEEDS IS GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION THATS WHY I CHOOSED AIRTEL AND GOT THIER CORPORATE PLAN FOR RS.15000.00 APPROX PER MONTH,BUT THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY OFFER IS NOT AT ALL WORTH WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING,IN A WEEK ON AN AVERAGE MY INTERNET AND PHONE LINES ARE NOT WORKING FOR 3 TO 4 DAYS,EVERY TIME I LODGE A COMPLAINT NEXT DAY THEIR EXECUTIVE COMES AND REPAIRS THE FAULT AND IT WORKS FOR ANOTHER 2-3 DAYS AND THEN THE SAME OLD STORY..

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
this is to bring to your kind notice that there has been a problem in my broadband bill since March. My bill charged should be 1200 approx. but it was mentioned rs 1800 approx. i have complained twice at customer care but no corrective action has been taken yet and i am getting calls regularly for payment of the bill.

CBI/SC-II, New Delhi have CUG connection with Airtel.The bill of mobile having number [protected] for the period March'2011 for Rs 4155 /- was paid by cheque no. 168437 dated 11.04.2011, instead of that outgoing call of this number has been discontinued. Pl reactivate the same.

dear sir,
it is my humble requst to u that please disconnect my airtel landline no. [protected].from 21.04.2011 i am trying to convence the airtel customercare that please disconnect my airtel no and give me requst no but they are not doing their job.I want to say only that if my airtel landline will not disconnect till 3.05.2011 then i will not pay any bill of broadband, this is not a joke please understand it and reply me as soon as possible and give me requst no.

AIRTEL Broadband reactivation — reactivation of BB service taking over a month

I had requested to reactivate my Airtel Broadband service on Airtel fixedline number [protected].
Its been over a month and have not received any service yet, I had to call the customer support over 20-30 times, they came to collect the documents twice i get SMS that says its been worked on but have not got service since 22nd of april since i placed the request.

every new support person i speak to gives me a new date and new time but nothing worked till date. This is the most frustrating thing about airtel that they are not in sync when it come to working on a trouble ticket..i have been given over 6 tickets already and nothing worked.

I have tried calling cust support, nodal officer, escalation team, sent number of emails...no fix yet.

i guess i will wait till whenever they come to fix and then say that i don't need their stupid service.

Dear Sir,

I am a corporate Lawyer from Delhi. I have been using airtel broad band connection without voice phone vide number 4220396, account number 10914712. I booked a complaint on 03/06/2011 vide complaint number 47150544 dated 03/06/2011.

One call came from switch people and confirmed that there is no problem from their end and it seems that connection is disconnected because of other reasons not known to us. We checked payments are uptdate.

Thank again we talked on complaint number and today we received a call saying that since our Plan 2999 is discontinued by Airtel and unless I change to new plan 1799, my connection will not get activated. For which I have to provide 2 ID Proof. I did not believe that lady and talked to her supervisor, Kuldeep Nayyar. He apolozised and informed that he will transfer call to right department but failed to connect. I kept on waiting but yeiled no result.

I have spoken again at 6.30 PM at your complaint centre to Mr Manoj . He promised that it will be done upto 08/06/2011. It is again upsetting that are we in Delhi or in village to seek resolving problem in 6 days.

Mr Zaved was contacted again but yielded no result.


We are now not calling any body. We are disturbed and fed up with Airtel approach in handling complaings.

Pls do the needful and see that our connection is restored ASAP.
