i have applied for a passport in SGR on 09/03 2009 and all verification is done from there, but i m working in DEL that is why they transfer my file to DEL for local police verification and they told me u will get ur passport from DEL only.Now i just want to know how much time it will take because it is very urgent.My file number is A005978 plz reply me as soon as possible.

i applied for valid Passport on Nov 2008, i cleared the Police enquiry also, when i chechk Status of my Passport in Website it is showing " No Not Valid", on instructions of Passport authorities i Resubmitted my Passport Application again, till now i don't know my passport Status. After waiting 9 Months, i applied again with New file No. W22020309, i Don't know why Passport Authorities Lost the Applications with out any proper care, i request them that if they take time to issue Passport there is not problem for us, but not to Throw the Applications carelessly
