[Resolved]  Election Commission Of India (West Bengal) — Photo ID card

Dear Sir,

I had a EPIC (Card No - XOY1067743) issued from the office of SDO Bidhannagar, 116 Bidhannagar Assembly Constituency. But my name was not found in the Electrol Voter List, part no 117 applicable for my residencial address.

Respected Sir, with due respect I want to draw your kind attention that I am an Indian citizen by birth.today I have used my voting ability.My EPIC no is-CKW2479764.This identity card was issued in favour of myself on[protected].but in the mean time the time has been progressed.Now I am willing to change the photocopy of myself pasted on my Identity Card.Now I want to know that what will my responsibility regarding this matter to do this work?Pls.do some needfull action to satisfy my quary as soon as possible.With best regards-Amlan Biswas.

I am Prasanta Saha (EPIC Card No-FKY0182378) land lord of "7/1 Mitra Para branch road, Naihati, 24 PGS (N) West Begal 743165" which is under 5 no Ward. My tenant TARAK GHOSH (EPIC Card no-WB/19/129/594155) and his wife MINA GHOSH (EPIC Card No- FKY0943399) shifted from my premises to 78 Barister P Mitra Sarani ( Robertson Road ) P.O+P.S- Naihati, 24 PGS(N), WB 743165 Ward No 6 before 5 years ago. But they didn't change their address and voter list from previous, because to gate some illegal facility.
I am sorry to say in this matter they are getting directly support from deputeted voter list correction officer ( no Ward NAIHATI) SHIBU SAHA ( EPIC Card No- WB/19/129/594776), who is my tenant's son and his residing address is same of my address.
After all I have submit a complaint to SDO Barrackpur, WB on dtd.09/03/09 No- 225 with shifted address proof ( Register AD Xerox copy ) which was send by me about their room shifting.
So this is my humble request to take some necessary action for correct voter ID Card ( at shifted address)of TARAK GHOSH & MINA GHOSH as well as SHIBU SAHA ( deputed voter list correction officer, 5 no ward NAIHATI).

Respected sir,
i and my wife from (G-301/1/A, Ramnagar Lane, Garden Reach, South 24 PGS, Kolkata-700024) got voter id card before one year ago, in these cards our title was wrong, and after that we submitted for rectification of that two or three times .Finally rectify that before 6 months of loksabha election 2009 in voter list, but in the voter card distribution booth the distributor are not found the rectification cards .please arrange to send the same to my mailing address.
NOte: now all are correct in voter list

I was having voter ID card issued in my name, but due to change of my residential address about two years back, my ID card got deleted from the voters list. Kindly let me know the formalities that I need to complete to enable me to get new voter ID card issued in my name with my new address.

Dear Sir,
i had a voter id card till 2008, but when your organization released the new list of voter in west Bengal, than suddenly my name was missed out from that list and also acknowledge me my voter id card are not valid. according that i has hand over my old id card to your organization and has shoot a new once for my id card also has issued a authority latter to organization for hand over my card to my, because due to job i'm out of west Bengal since 2004.but after two week of that case your organization acknowledge to mom my voter id card was missed out or lost by the employee of your organization.
i think this is the highest level of irresponsibility, i don’t understand how can your organization play with my voter id card like this, when voter id card is a sensitive document for every one.
kindly clarify me and issuing a new id card for me.

I'm a voter under the Kabitirtha Assembly Constituency in West Bengal.
I'd last voted in the 2004 loksabha election as well as the 2006 assembly election

this is to intimate that my parmanent address is 171/1 haridas dutta rd. joynagar majilpur kayal para.po- joynagar majilpur.pin-743337. i am a govt. emplyee. as per my service condition i have to stay in kolkata[salt lake]. i have already inform to the joynagar police station. and also b.d.o. office. but recently i have received form the b.d.o. office which noted that my name will be cancelled from the voter list as i not stay at upper said address. i want to know that if i have informed before to the bdo office why they give this such kind of letter. it is nothing but mental harashment. i want to know the proper reason.

kindly give me the proper reason for this such kind of work, other wise i will have to take ligal action.
