[Resolved]  1.5 Ton Window Ac — Service Problem

I had registered a complaint with the samsung customer care the complain no. is [protected] on the 24th December 2009 (Older than 117 days) for the service of my window AC.



Past two months you told that due to one part like Thermostat cooling has effected and same was changed but the problem is still there.



After that with lots of telephonic calls nobody has come and bothered to call me.



I am totally fed up your service and company.


This is some thing which will not be tolerated and the matter will be taken to higher authorities if the complain in not attended.



I will ensure that the matter is taken to the consumer forum for harrasing the customer and not providing timely service.



Also I am taking up the issue with Press incase the issue is not resolved URGENTLY.
