when we contacting at toll free no, of companines very bad experience with those who are speaking in hindi. care peoples are very uncomfort with our national langauage and telling if you complaint in hindi phoned at new delhi on chargeble phone. toll free number is only for english speaking person. it means income from india and insultin national langauage.
after long practice we complained and so many time phoned on call center. they your area is very long from our service centre we passed your complaints not possible to atent very shortly.
it means if want to pruchase samsung product we want to stay at nearest placeof serice centre and knowing english langauage/
very shame the international brand cheating with indian citizens with wetenr business stlye.

I bough a mobile of Samsaung model no. S 1210. It is very bad experience of buying the samsung product. It went out of order just after 12 days. I complained the customer care. They gave me service centre add. I took the mobile to service centre and ask for the repair. They told me come tomorrow, and I went and got a reply from that person, it has not repaired yet. so please come after 5 days. I went after 5 days, but it still not repaired. When I asked them, why are they not repairing my mobile. They started argument and abusing. Then I decided, I will not buy samsang product near in the future and not let my friends and relatives to buy the samsung product. It is the worst company. Even Chinese Mobile which don't provide warranty is far better than the samsung.

So it is my humble request to all people not to buy samsung products.
I face the same prob.I booked gas on 22-Sep-09 and they said will deliver in a week.I tried to follow up on the same through but in vain.I visited their office on 10th and they said the gas is not booked at all to my surprise and said will deliver on 12th.Today is 13th and I didn't receive gas yet

I had bought samsung lcd a week b 2 days i am frwquently following up with them for instalation but nobdy is turning up nor any calls from them ,if this the scene while installing what service a customer should expect post installation. i really feup calling them .
This is Gopikrishna.Chennam for Hyderabad, I had bought two Samsung 1.5 Ton AC's in the month of March 2007, Since then once in a while I receive calls that my AC's are due for service, but no one had turned up till date.

I believe while buying the AC's we were offered 3 free Services, which were never done, But today I receive calls from one of your authorized service center (+[protected] saying that my AC's are due for Service, and these services are charged.

When enquired about my free services, I get a reply that I should contact Samsung Costumer care for free services on 30308282.

Then I called 30308282 and spoke to one of you executive by name Kalyani, who repeats that same story that I need to log a Complain for free services only then I can avail them in the first year of purchase.

My Question here is that, if I need to register for a free service, Can I know the reason why I received a call today from the above said no. without any complain registered?

My feeling is that since its a paid service you are chasing me but never cared for my free services, May be i have to repent for buying 2 AC's from Samsung,
I had bought a regerigator from Samsung in 16-April'2007 Model No.R2-39WBMS. The first complaint was made on 22-Oct-09 about the door buzzer continuously on and tube light not working. BP no. [protected]). Engineer Mr Gupta came and by-passed the buzzer and confirmed that tubelght would be changed the next day. Since then the cooling in the fridge compartment has got adversely affected and I have since been complaining for this problem. We lodged another complaint on 1st Nov-09 (BP No.[protected]) after Mr Gupta refused to attend. Service engineers have come to attend the complaint but have still not been able to resolve the issues. In fact yesterday they even changed the light but has again stopped working the next day morning. I have been telling them repeatedly that the problem is not with the tubelight but with some loose connection problem but the tecnicians who are attending seem to be totally non-competent. In fact even the less cooling problem is being attended by them only by changing the temperature settings which I have already tried many times.
sir i buy an samsung mobile m-200 model in feb. 09 & it was in gurantee period now. Sir me cell was doing problem since frm 3 months. Sir i gave it to the service center which is in bhopal. But i can't ger good responce frm the centre. The problem was not resolved frm 1n half month.

very poor customer care performance...they refuse to agree that i had received a call on 9/11/2009 from customer care telling me that there will be a person on 10/11/2009 and this is when according to them they have registered a complaint on 07/10/2009 but according to ezone from where i got my washing machine the complaint has been registered on 5/10/2009. waste of having a customer care department if they cannot see to a compliant being solved...poor, pathetic response...for a brand new washing machine issue...sadly dissapointed...

He reported the mobile has Battery Complaint and he serviced and gave to me on 17/07/2009. Again the set repaired on[protected]. Also Mr. Jegadeesh serviced the set and gave me after 30 days on 20/08/09. Again and again the set repaired, so Mr. Jegadeesh get the set from me and gave to the PROMOTE SERVICES- Nagercoil on 05-09-09. Service Work order No.:WA[protected]. After I did not get the Set till now. So More times I called Mr. Ashok – Branch Manager and asked about my set by Telephone. But I did not get any responsibilities from him. So, when you get this mail, If you will not take any action, What can I do? I can to Consumer Court and file criminal complaint on your company.

purchased samsung guru 519 muzik in sep 09 from agra tata dealer. (FCC ID A3LSCHB519, )
its having problem at the reception end since then (the other side cant here properly).
given twice to the samsung service centre at secunderabad. they have not been able to rectify the problem ( work order 9j 2305). apparently a software problem with the model.

i am fed up with the phone as my wife is not able to use it.
kindly replace the set at the earliest. IN ANY CASE FROM BEING A LOYAL SAMSUNG USER OF SO MANY YEARS, I AM GETTING QUITE DISILLUSIONED WITH YOUR SETS NOW.

Every day they ask me that i will get my mobile tommarow and there is no response till date.Today he said to me that there is an another customer's mobile in our service center they exchange that plate from customer's mobile to my mobile and after two three days they returned me. And they tell to that customer that his mobile plate is defected.

Your company is World Wide Fame Company. But in jodhpur i did'nt get any response. And your employees talk to me in this way than how can i trust on your company or on your company products.
Take a strict action against your employes...

I have purchased a smart oven just a month back from a showroom in jamnagar and I have made up my mind that I will never recommend or buy any samsung product in future.Hardly I must have used the oven for 10 days and the capacitor conked off.I had to call up the head of the service dept in order to get the service guy to look into the problem as they always cook up different excuses to attend the problem -just shows how prompt the service is.The service person who comes does not have any clue abt the product and even admits that but somehow gets in touch with his senior n diagnoses the prob n replaces the part without my consent.When asked what was the reason for this malfunction he said it cd be because of misuse (outrightly blaming the customer) or cd be a power failure (which is also not the case since there is no voltage fluctuation here) and he finally admitted capacitor doesnt go bad this soon. Even after the replacement i found that a burnt smell was coming for which the service guy claimed that it was not a burnt smell but the paint smell.Well this is the attitude of the people in samsung and it is supposedly a very reputed brand.The showroom people also behaved very rudely denying all allegations n responsibilities as they claim their job is only to sell the brand and the rest is the customers n the company's headache.i think i have every right to get a replacement of the product which samsung says its not their policy because if a part can be replaced why shd the product be replaced but I am not at all happy and feel my money has gone down the drain and it has the WORST customer service.And yes one more thing i think every company sends a person home to give a demo once a product is purchased but in my case SAMSUNG didnt bother to even do that -I had to call up the showroom people and they gave a demo since Samsung was unable to do it and when i told this they never even accepted their mistake.So MORAL of the story is SAMSUNG IS ALWAYS right n Customers are always wrong and liars.The attitude of the SAMSUNG people is WHO CARES as long as the product is sold.JAI HO
I purchased 4 SPLIT 1.5T air conditioner from Authorized dealer in 2009. Out of Witch one of A/c is creating problem in Display unit of Indoor Unit.

After that they committed me that your problem will solve within 48Hr., But I have received the SMS on 08.10.09 Time 06.30.16 that my was House Found Lock. I will never my house lock, at least Security guard is their.
Then again I call to Call Center after few days, Then again I received the SMS from SAM SUNG that My house was found lock on 20.10.09 time 05.47.02
Then again I call to Call Center after few days, Then again I received the SMS from SAMSUNG that My house was found lock on 14.12.09 time 12.37.09

is it so that always my house was found lock to your Engginer, thiugh you are having my 2 Mobile No, My Phone Number.

i have purchased a samsung mobile model s 3500 on 03/05/2009 from jeet telecom dehradun 21-A new canaut place dehradun..my mobile had a problem of low battery backup, for which i have given my mobile for checks/servising/rectifying the above mentioned problem to samsung authorised service centre named R.K.MOBILE SERVICES 67-A New canaught place chakrata road dehradun, 3 times and still the problem exists and the service centre is not able to rectify the problem.kindly advise me asap regarding this low battery problem.

By mistake I had procured Samsung M3510 on 31/05/09, but there were problems in the set from day one, it was sent to your Service centre in Noida GNH telecom on 8/06/09, they claimed it has been rectified, but actually it was not, then again it was sent to your same service centre on 11/09/09 .I asked for the refund of my money but I am running from pillar to post for the same .I was promised by several officials which include Rajesh Ankur &, Shobit Aggarwal but it did not happen, then I spoke to customer support they told me that I should SPEAK TO Manav Dham, when I spoke to him he told me that I should contact GNH on 28th of Dec-09 to collect the Ch, but when I spoke to GNH they told me it has not come there are 20, 000 refund cases pending in north alone, when I spoke to Manav he told me today that it will again take time.I should contact Sanjeev or Vivek Katpalaya, I do not know who is the right person. Because every time it is a new person as by that time already the old person whom I had spoke would have left this is the fate of customers in company like Samsung.

I am looking for the refund amount of my Samsung M3510 which is Rs 6500 along with additional amount of Rs 10, 000 which I have suffered due to poor support and un availability of my cell.

The washing machine's part is ordered and yet to be installed. It is a very bad experience with Samsung though we trusted your goods and service earlier. Can we trust you hereafter?
