i have a smart connection. its number is [protected], i have recharge with 303, day 19/12/08, but my mobile have no any setups to connect the mobile with internet. when i send message to purses the set up, which i wrote ALL and send to 55100 than reply message i "ur handset does not support the settings u require. plz connect customer care."but my mobile has GPRS .
so i you send me setup as for as possible ..i will thank full for that.

I have a smart connection. From past three months rs.30 is deducted from my balance. A message is received by the name of RMS. please explain to me what is this RMS and how can i deactivate this service.

I hope Reliance Mobile GSM Service will die very soon. Its the most hopeless and poor network in India. Customar care is always busy and executives are illeterate and mannerless. Every Friday I recharge Rs 39 and every time I become fool, maximum time GPRS is under technical problems, Reliance Smart GSM is simply cheating the public by various recharge options, nobody should use this hopeless Network. The mobile service near by the muzafferpur surrounding area is not satisfactory. Also make some effective package for unlimited std pack system for deffence personals .

i provided all the doucument as per requirment but after two months my sim is not activite at now.

There is very Big Problem With My Smart No. [protected].The Same No. Is Used by Other Person . When I Call The Custmer Care Exec. They Said That This No. Is registered To Payal Verma Before But Now This Time This No. Is Registered To Krishna Choudhary. Means One No. & Two Users.When Anybody Call Me The Call Goes To Krishna Choudhary & When Call To Krishna Choudhary Call Came On My Mobile.I Recharged & He Used .This Means I Suffered mentaly & Economically Harrashed By The Smart Gsm Network.

My balance ...? Loss serch him y know balance is -285 where go fast only 90 days.

Sir I have purchased GSM Prepaid Card 15 days back from R.K. Mobile Sec. 35 chandigarh but from last ten days my number is not working. I am getting the message number barred and no incoming or outgoing is there. Nobody is listing there. I have redeposit my ID proof but still my number is not working.

I use Reliance Smart GSM pre-paid service (Orissa). my no. is [protected] . Whenever i try to send a message from my mobile, then it is coming as message sending failed, message barred, check operator service. I told the same matter to ur customr care on 4th january 2009 and put a complain, my complain ID is 84958996. till now i am facing the same problem, already 24 days over, but my complain was not solved, so i am very much unhappy on your service. So plz give me feedback whether my problem will be solve in near future or ur technical support members will take another few months to solve this problem. waiting for your reply sir.

1)Extreme network problem in DURGAPUR (WEST BENGAL).
2)Unable to hear while talking on std calls between 5:30p.m. to 11:30p.m..
3)Ringing alert on call connect in std calls not heard mostly, especially on RIM numbers.
4)On going to Jharkhand, unable to make calls on any RIM & new Airtel numbers of Jharkhand.ON MAKING COMPLAINTS TWICE ALSO COMPLAINTS NEVER PROCESSED.
5)Irrelevant local call charges in roaming for fixed line BSNL numbers AT RS.2/MIN.
6)CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES cut the calls in between by themselves (something not happening in any other operator)without hearing to the requests.
