I am having one airtel prepaid connection [protected] for lifetime validity but Airtel had stopped its operation without giving any reason kindly advice me for my next step
sir i am airtel coustmer i have taken airtel LAPU sim card.but last few days my mobile is given the massege REJECTED SIM I have talked with several customer care executive and all distibuter and delears also but non of them can give me proper information. to main kya karu sim ko fake du kya.

Hi India's nonsense airtel employees, take seriously my words .i have complained above 10 times in costomer care and 2 times in vega centre about my problem.My problem is the STD calls deducted Rs 2.65 instead of Rs.2
because I have sim validity till 22 may 2008 with RS 2 std and Rs 1 local calls.so generally it shoud deduct Rs 2

This is to inform you that we have registered for an internet connection in my house in Mylapore, Chennai on last Friday (21 st March). We were told that we will get it by Wednesday but we have not got the connection yet. Our registration # is ch-660588. Yesterday i called helpline and was told that i will get it by evening (29th March). But nothing happens. Today again i have given the complaint. Complaint #is :5130622.

We thought your service will be good and opted for connection. But it seems your service is so poor and the person who is in charge is very irresponsible that he does not attend his mobile to answer or else say will do it today and does nothing. We are helpless. We feel so bad that we think of getting internet connection other than airtel.

So please kindly do the needful for us to get the connection by tomorrow at least. Otherwise please inform us about your problem so that we can opt for other service.
airtel service is as rediculous as it`s customer service guys english i literally have to run all around my house in search for proper range i`ve been using airtel from the past 4years it`s useless just for the sake of not changin my no. i`m stuck to it.Call up their customer service and they abuse u.i think they r recruited for not knowing english with a good diction over abuses.i`l drag this stupid telecom company to consumer court one day
I have closed my postpaid Airtel no 15 months ago due to rediculas service and paid all outstanding bills. but still i m recieving airtel bills for my not working no [protected].

It is ridiculous to say that your customer care people behaves in such a manner that, customers are beggars. I am having 2 airtel connections [protected] & [protected] and also having net connection through your gprs. Anyway kindly give me the details of my Mob. No. [protected] for the last 2 months, i.e. from Feb. 2008 to till date. After getting the details I will come back to you with my complaints, since I have already told your customer care people several times. Awaiting your reply at the earliest. Subject : Misuse of Govt. documents by Airtel.

I am central Govt. servant employed under Ministry of Defence. I purchased SIM under Govt. offer from Airtel and submitted my service ID proof, a photo & Address proof. I was allotted Mobile number [protected] & SIM no.[protected]. It was purchased for Rs.600/- from Mr. Sandeep Sharma, one of the distributor of Airtel SIM cards. He used to come at Ordnance Estate, Ambernath to sell the same. His phone number is [protected].
On 18.03.2008 I came to know from my wife that Mr. Sachin of Airtel/ Vitthalwadi branch visited my house for documents verification. During verification my wife was shocked to know that 20 SIM cards were registered on basis of documents submitted by me. In fact I am having only one SIM card with mobile number [protected].
I would like to confirm that whether there is any branch of Airtel at Vitthalwadi & Mr. Sachin is employed in the aforesaid branch?
As for as aforesaid matter is concerned I request your good self to immediately block other unauthorized SIM cards issued on basis of my documents as the same can be used by anti-social elements which will result in unnecessary suffering to me.
It further intimated to you that the same has been reported to nearest police station for necessary action against all concerned peoples.
In this connection On 31.03.2008 I visited Airtel relationship office at Dombivali & Peninsula Chamber, Lower Parel. Where I disclosed this matter to staff, who instead of guiding me properly asked to move to back office at Lower Parel. After reaching there I aware them my aforesaid problem and asked for blocking other unauthorized connections given on basis of my govt. documents. They flatly refused to help me. However, after insisting to meet the manager to know whereabouts of my documents they again misguided me by saying that back office is at Malad whereas when I spoke to the manager, he told the back office is at Vashi where they store all documents of customers. He also assured me that I had only one connection & no other phone connections are allotted to me.
To my surprise I came to know that on same day i.e. from 31.03.2008 itself my phone connection was disconnected without any legitimate ground. I had suffered a lot because of this problem & it’s a clear case of consumer harassment. I convey the authority of Bharati Airtel to trace out my documents & block other 20 connections which were activated on basis of aforesaid documents. Further it is also demanded to establish my connection which was disconnected on 31.03.2008 for no reason, till 15th April, 2008. Failing which I would be compelled to lodge a complaint at consumer court.
Kindly intimate the corrective action taken by you in this matter on following address & e-mail ID.
