[Resolved]  Reliance General Insurance — Non receipt of insurance papers

For my car insurance i called a Reliance Insurance agent by the name of NIPUN[protected] to my residence and gave him cheque no. 501422 dated 19/10/2007 on 18/10/2007 for the insurance of my car. But till date i neither received the cover note nor the policy. I filed a complaint with the Reliance call centre (Comp. No. 225351) before Diwali but till date no action is taken. Later i emailed a complaint on the Reliance Address. It was acknowledged but nothing was received. On 28/11/2007 a person by the name of Deepak[protected] rang me up and told me that he is sending the cover-note by courier but till date nothing is received and his mobile is not responding. Now it is more than 1 and half month when the cheque in the name of Reliance was handed over to the agent but not even a cover note is received.
I am unable to drive the car for want of papers and am waiting all the time at home for the receipt of the requisite papers.

i purchase reliance helth wise policy no [protected] sum of rs.16625 for two year but till today i can't get pollicy or any other document. in between i hospitaliesd and i pay cash rs. 5200. so what's benifeet can i get so i request R.G.I. L.officers please send me my document or my money back.

Reliance General Insurance — MONEY RETURNED AFTER 1 MONTH W/O INSURANCE PAPER

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is gopal krishna S/o of Sri.N.Lakshman, My father had given Rs.650.00 on 26/11/08 by cash to Mr.Dilochand Sahu of M/s Reliance general insurance at bistupur-City-Jamshedpur-State-Jarkhand on good faith of Reliance co.
Mr.Sahu had promised of giving the insurance slip by 28/12/08, but every day he would give nuesence reply for not giving the insurance paper(e.g-he is not well, net is not working, his relative is at icu etc, even he had stopped taking calls, i am presetly staying at bangalore and have called him no.of time but not reply, i have spend more than Rs.500/- for follow-up and all in vain -even i have spoken to his superior Mr.Sanjay-the branch manager, but not action, on 27/12/08 he has returned the money back to my father thr his freind w/o any reason, pls lookinto and inform the action to be taken.

But the insurance amount was already deducted from my account via cheque of Rs. 10, 694/- dated[protected] wide cheque No-001272 of Centurion Bank of punjab, Agency code where i submit the cheque- RELIANCE General Insurance Agency Code[protected], I have already submit the reqest forreturn my amount on 7-1-2009, but there is no reply. dear sir,
i have been applyg for my insurance policy of two wheeler since a month but the executive informed that he had already dispatched both the hard and soft copy on my email and home address, which either i havn't recieved yet.
I have also spoken to the senior executive over the time but there hasnt been any solution to my complaints.
I request you to send me the above policy on my mail or home address.
I applied & got my two wheeler (Honda Unicorn) comprehensive insurance coverage online from their website on 1 /2/2009.I got the Policy no :[protected], but i couldnt generate my pdf.The same has been informed to customer care & mailed them .I got the acknowledgement in mail, but no action taken place.Customer care personelle say that they cant see my policy on their system, they say its not possible to do insurance online for two wheelers.If thats so, then why there is an option do insurance on their website, why it did it allow to apply, and more over they charge you credit card and dont generate the pdf policy.I dont have my insurance papers with me, iam driving withe the constant threat of being caught driving witout papers.Lot of mental tension.Is there any answer to this, Any body listening.Tell me what to do?

I have taken Reliance General Insurance through ABN Amro credit card. The Master Policy No is 1304MST01 and certficate NoGP[protected] valid from 15/04/2008 to 14/04/2010 and paid two years premium togetgher. Now I want to cancel the policy. On asking reliance General Insurance informed that the ABN Amro Bank will ask for cancellation, while ABN Amro says that you get cancellation no from RGI. I am confused about the procedure. Pl settle the issue and cancel my plocy and refund my balanced amount.

I have win a prize according to Feb to March 2008 target slab. I gave the business Rs. 128000.
According to slab i win a 7500/- cash card, But i don't receive the prize till now.

And i don't also receive my business commition diffence of Rs. 5000/- till now for that business.
I worked with my S.M. Mr. Amit Saxena at Bareilly (U.P. west).

I have neither provided with the e-bill, which is normally done in each and every month followed by
posting of normal bill.
I have not yet received any e-bill for January 2009 nor the normal bill. I cannot make payment.

Reliance General Insurance — RENWAL PROBLEM

I'M THE POLICY HOLDER OF RELIANCE HEALTH VICE POLICY NO[protected] FROM 31/03/2008. I NEW THAT MY POLICY GOING TO EXPRIED 30/03/2009. I CALLED UP TO IN CUST CARE FOR RENWAL NOTICE. I RECEIVED A RENWAL NOITICE IN 27/03/09. ON NEXT DAY I MADE A CHECK IN FOVER OF RGICL FOR RENWAL THIS GOLD POLICY. Reliance General Insurance — VEHICLE FIRE CLAIM

Dear Sir/ Madam

this is in refrence for the Moter vehicle Maruti 800 of MY Father Mr ARUN K BENJAMIN
my father has purchased the above mention vehicle from Jabalpur on December 2000
VEHICLE # is MP20 FA 0293
father is using same vehicle since 2000 and for individual prupose only
father has taken the First Party Insurance from RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE on 12/12/2008
and same is valid till 12/12/2009
on 19/04/2009 at 4 PM while returning from Ujjain to Indore near by our House at Ujjain
above vehicle caught fired, after moving 100 -200 yards from our home there is some sound from engine side and my fther has seen some fumes, he instantly get out from and also my mother who is sitting on next seat of drive side out from there and afetrard whole vehicle caught fire from front to back side and it get totaly burn and damaged, same is set down by local Fire Fighter at Ujjain as complkanint to Poice
we have lodge a complainon local police thane aand recived a Fir copy
after odge complain on insurance compamy when surveyor has visit to incident place
Surveyor has said your claim is not entertained as you have FITTED A CNG KIT
surveyor has said in our policy there is not mention for CNG KIT
we have RTO Approved CNG KIT

if we paying insurance fee form since last 10 years and anerver use this facility now in above condition
Reliance is not giving Insurancle claim for above vehicle.

please help on resolving above issue

Reliance General Insurance — Rejection of Accident Claim

Dear One
I am the Gold medical policy holder (No.:[protected] of Reliance General Insurance. Due to an accident, I admitted in hospital (Holy Family Hospital) and my treatment done through cash because hospital was not in company's list. After discharge, I submitted all documents for reimbursement. After 1 and half month they told me that my claim is rejected because medical report and police report is not matching. My accident happened on[protected] around 8.45 pm and same time I rushed to said hospital. Hospital mentioned the date 24-02-09 and time 9.20 pm in their report (M.L.C.) and they informed the police around 10.00 pm but police arrived to hospital and accident spot around 7-8 am on 25-02-09. This is not a reason to cancel my claim. Please resolve my this issue. I am sending you the copy of both reports.
