[Resolved] 24 Online Client — Poor Connectivity at Thane - Vasant Vihar | |
The Chief Executive 24 Online Client I had an Airtel DSL along with broadband and all was well till the router was changed to wireless. The wireless router was not configured properly and I had a whooping bill for an amount not used by me to the extent of more than 75%. Hence, I decided to get this internet services of Airtel discontinued and go for cable internet of 24 Online Client. At Vasant Vihar in Thane near Mumbai we have the 24 Online Client Services at the Amrapali Arcade and the connection has been laid for the last 2 months. But there connectivity is miserable and more that 50% of the time there is no connectivity. This is how the ISP's fool people with verbal guarantee and the consumer is in no position to go to court or file a suit in the judiciary. Un fortunately, in India technology is very lagging and the suppliers are not inclined to improve the services, for they think they are doing a great favour to the consumer by giving a not working connection. This shameless company 24 Online Client must wake up to the cause of their reputation at least and do something to see that they are ISP's and not showroom companies restricted to no services without any reason or justification. I also don't think they would improve after this complaint, but in India the thought process is to make living by virtue of fooling and cheating only. Airtel is really a brand, it has no shame that it is developing by looting the innocent customers. Instead of serving the customers it is looting everyday. Just check around, you will find that many customers don't like Airtel due to it is expensive, not caring them, or showing false promises.It is heading on its way to destruction. I am not sure why I am writing this but 15 days back i took a internet serv (Wireless) Tikona they provided the serv for one day and later it never wrked.. I took the plan for 150 Kbps.. But i get the speed of 5-9 kbps can u imagine.. While taking the service they were good enough..However they took the whole money ..But wheneer I call there cust serv they say this wld be rectified in 24 hrs iys been 15 days nothing happened.. I am really [censored]d up at them.. This is what the there service is .. and no one can do anything.. I can't imagine no network in Vasant Vihar i can imagine other places..

Airtel Broadband — application money non remittance
Dear Sir,I applied for broadband connection in the month of may 2010.The representative took Rs 1500 on application no.DL2241239, they could not provide me with broadband connection as promised by their executive.
I received their refund cheque for Rs 1000 (chq no. 67432).
