[Resolved]  Express It Courier — non delivery of courier

Non delivery of courier
I was supposed to get a courier delivered on the 21st of Dec '07. The courier boy came to my office address instead of my residence address. When the courier boy had come I was out for lunch. When I called the courier office to deliver the couier (My credit card) I was abruptly told that I would not be given the courier the same day. Moreover I told that I would be out of station the next few days but they rudely told me that that was none of their problem and they would check if the person is there and if not the courier would be sent back without notice. Even when I told that I could collect the same from the courier office they said it cannot be given to me.
such kind of courier companies spoil the service industry name and customer satisfaction rates.
I was spoken to by the courier company folks - Rishikesh of Express IT couriers who was non flexible and non customer service oriented too

I was to get a DD from icici bank, which was dispatched a week ago.

Havent heared anything from expressIT courier service.

Yesterday I got a SMS from ExpressIT courier that I have a courier and should call the numbers[protected] and 3210416. I am conteneuosly trying to contact them and there is no reply from ExpressIT office. My Airway bill [protected] and I do not have any Idea what courier it is. Why banks and others are not black-listing this courier service.

I had also to receive Courier vide service request no SR52675387 dtd 19.01.2008 . Still I am waiting to receive the same.
Standard reply ICICI ank gives about Express IT Courier is , the door was closed and it could not be delivered.
How only with Express IT courier , the door is always closed , while other couriers find us at home.
IT IS HIGH TIME THIS COURIER SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED

we have already booked 20 days back a small gift through rediff-shopping. they have courier the same through your courier service "EXPRESS IT" on 13.02.2008. still we have not received the same thing. this doc.no.E[protected]. kindly help me in this regard to find out the same whether it is misplaced & handover to other person or not????????????????????????????????????????????????

This is to inform that i was supposed to recieve a banking password in mail and then bank sent me a msg that it was been shiiped through EXPRESS IT and then also gave the request no [protected] but it is now almost 10 days i havent recieved my mail

Barclay Bank Statement — Didnot Received Despatched Consignment

Hi,

I didnot receive the consignments which were despatched from Mumbai by Barclay Bank of AWB No's: [protected] of 8/3/2008 & [protected] of 14/4/2008. i got an sms saying "we tried to deliver yourconsignment today & they said to contact on their numbers given by them when i tried to contact on their number it was switched off. i even sent a mail to Expressit but there was no reply from them.

Please look into this issue & take a serious action on them so that i can receive the statements correctly.

This is a shame on their part that they are not delivering the consignment to the customers correctly at the correct time.
