Dear sir/madam, I bought a HCL laptop from new delhi 2 years ago. now i find my CD writer can not write when i used nero which was provided to me with the laptop.Earlier i never tried to write anything. Whatever, i went to the service centre on[protected] at 203,bajaj house,nehru place,new delhi.They checked it and said CD writter is damaged. So ,it need to be replaced. As a new piece of Cd writter drive was not available with them ,so they asked me to come later after confirmation from Miss Jasbeer.They charged me Rs 500, but did not give me the receipt as the concerned official had already left.After 10 days one of my friend having some knowledge of computers came to me . He checked my system and told me your writer is alright, nero will not work. You try with other software. I tried with XP inbuilt Cd writing system and found everything is fine. So, my complaint to you is about- 1. Inefficiency of your people. 2. If you receive money ,then give receipt. As i am not at fault, why should i pay for? Coming again to collect it is wastage of both time and petrol. Please try to increase the knowledge of your people as HCL Laptops are yet to become a consumers 1st choice. my laptop mothrboard has also been changed but the hanging problem still occurs
the staff at service centers are unprofessional, doesnt deal with us sincerely, engineers are so low graded that it took them 30 days to sort out what the problem is?

now think how much time they will take to solve it??????????

i have hcl laptop.i had purchased it 18month before.it has 1.5gb of ram.80gb of hd.two weeks before blue tooth of my laptop has stopped working .when i use to start the bluetooth it displayes the massage that blue tooth has not started.after one week of that prolem, my laptop just works on ac(battery is not getting charged).after two days, sound of my laptop gets problem and plays a abnormal sound inbetween the play.my system also works very slowely after that problem.starting of laptop takes more time than before.after that i installed a better antivirus.who dected a trogen virus, which i have deleted from my pc .but whole the problem still presists..please help me in detail

I've HCL laptop from last 4 yrs i'm using it. it was working good
but last week i format the window xp and after that i found my CD-ROM isn't working and not showing in MY COMPUTER also.
MY CD-ROM number is: TS-L462C/TMFE 6RHYC28125 F/W=TS01 OR TS01, H/W:B, VER. C, DECEMBER 2005..PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I CANT OPERATE ANY KIND OF CD/DEV IN IT EVEN CANT INSTALL NEW WINDOW.

I bought DESKTOP dt.31.12.2008 HCL Made at that date i got a message form the delaer that hcl is providing some offers and the goods will b edelivered directly to to me we hav eto pay just Rs.1799 and i will get the bonus gifts but 20 days already spend but where is our gift i don't know so i request to you that please deliver the goods to me because i have already paid the amount.

i purchased my laptop from hcl digilife from jamshedpur, jharkhand and within 1year its DVD writer was damaged when i took the laptop to the service centre they told me that it would cost me Rs1500 for replacement & they also told me to get my laptop formatted from them as the windows xp which was installed in it was corrupted so they did the formatting work replaced my DVD writer nd finally told me tat the driver cd which was given with the laptop is corrupted nd nothing can be installed from the cd.after taking Rs2300 from me they are saying that 1ear free service is over and i[censored] eant to have any service from them u have to pay.Sir i kindly request you to please mail me or call me and let me know the site from where i can download the drivers my laptop model number is P21 PDC.my mobile no.is-:[protected]/[protected].pls respond swiftly!

this is amrita chowdhury, i bought a laptop from kolkata westbengal in the month of may 2008, it's been working fine since january 2009 after which i started facing a problem with flickering display.so i took it to one of the HCL service centers in chennai, as i was posted to chennai for work, the address of the concern is chennei-digicare, shop no-5, arti chambers 189, anna salai chennai-600002.They told me that its a problem with LCD display and the LCD cable and its need to be replaced.Now they have been harassing me for this simple issue.they didnot even call me back and when i call them they say that they are yet to receive the LCD chord and the display and now its been 20 days.i don't know what to do i triend calling the service center which is there in my warranty brochure and its not receiving the call.i am a working lady and i need my laptop to be fixed as soon as possible.plz help me with this its not that the hcl laptops are bad but the services are yet to be improved.

if you have any nunber to contact any person who can repair my in warranty laptop plz do tell me.
