I am from Pondicherry. I bought six items for Rs.4475 through online from 24sevenindia.com which is in Delhi, out of which the major item Amkette Flash TV media player which alone costs Rs.3545. i recd all other items in 1 week time and still they have not delivered the TV media player to me. Its been 2 weeks, but i am fed up of their excuses. they give me all bullshit answers. They say they that they have despatched my item 3 days back thro DTDC and gave me a track number, but that track number seems to be a false one. i even spoke to the DTDC customer care. they say that this track number cannot be located. As per their terms and conditions they have to despactch my item in 1 week time, if i ask for the money refund they are not agreeing. I cannot contact the customer care number as they are avoiding me.
