BPL mobile service — Regarding recharge problem through on line.

Hello Sir,
I am using BPL prepaid mobile service. There is an option in internet banking to recharge prepaid mobile. I recharged through ICICI bank through on line today 1hrs before. But i did not get any recharge. When i had talked to BPL mobile customer care they told me to wait 48hrs for that.Because they have no information regarding that.I have also told to my transaction no and requesting to put a complain.But she denay me to put complain and suggest me to wait at least 24 hrs.I am also mentioning my transaction report here. Please look into it.

similar problem being faced by me for couple of day, I am not able to make any call nor received any call, I am situated at N. Point-Mumbai, these days I have experience worst netork problem from BPL service

MUMBAI BPL MOBILE SERVICE — OUT GOING CALLS HAVE BEEN BARRED

SIR I HAVE A NEW BPL PREPAIRD SIM TOOK ROM MUMBAI, ANDHERI (E) BEFOUR ONE WEEK AND I HAV SUBMITTED MY ORIGNAL DOCUMENTS BUT IT HAS NOT YRT STARTED...
i am ashwani mishra get the new card of BPL mobile.but card is dicactivate.therfore i cannot find my number.
recently i lost my cell phone of motorola n my card was of bpl so i wanted the number of bpl assistant?

BPL — number problem

I have been using BPL 10 ka gang from around last 7 months. in this period they had proved of being the UGLIEST, DIRTIEST, FALTU network in whole service providers
On 26th Feb they closed my number, saying that you are using multipe number after inspection i found my number is used by akhtar khan.
when reported in gallery. they told me to resubmit the form and document and promised to open account within 48 hours today it has been 7 days but till now my number is not activated.
*****IS THIS IS THE WAY HOW COMPANY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER******

I am suffering a severe burning problem and I want you to start my sim card now within 24 hour or i am going to take a legal action against it.

I Mr. Chandresh M Kotian is using BPL mobile since last ten years and my number is [protected],
I am facing a problem which is not been rectified since 26th Jan 2009.
On 22nd Jan 2009 I converted my postpaid number “[protected]” to prepaid number then on 23rd Jan 2009 I refilled Rs.95 voucher which gives me life time validity and a balance of Rs.10.55 on the same day I refilled with Rs.222 which gives me full talk time….. Till hear it was ok
I called customer care of BPL and asked if there is any scheme for BPL to BPL free, the call receiver told that since I am a lifetime customer I can activate group plane…. For which I had to send a sms to 50505 saying “GROUP AND THE NUMBER” and was told that Rs. 10 per number will be deducted from my A/C.
On 25th Jan 2009 at 8.46pm when I smsed GROUP and the number to 50505 my Rs.10 was deducted as it was told. After 5mins at 8.51pm I got an sms saying “Dear customer, 9821******* is now active as your choice no. now enjoy all calls to this number at just 10p/min.” On that day, it was ok but the next day my choice no. got deactivated with that scheme without intimation and my Rs.24 was deducted for 24mins. When I called customer care, I was given a complaint number[protected]. Again, on 12th Feb 2009 I spoke to chef executive Ms. Nisha and she gave me the complaint number[protected]. When I spoke to Swati on 18th Feb 2009, she told my complaint is resolved and I can’t be given any complaint number. Again, I spoke to Nisha on 20th Feb 2009 and she din’t gave me the compliant number. From 26th Jan 2009 till today this compliant is not been rectified or resolved.
May I know the reason why my complaint is not been rectified? I would appreciate if this matter could be sincerely attended.

i got the new bpl prepaid connection. i have submited all my document but now its showing the document rejected.The incoming and out going calls block.(my bpl number is [protected])
