My Father booked under DDA Rohini Residential 1981 scheme approx 27 years ago. DDA promised that the allotment will be done very soon to the registered members. DDA failed the promise. This can not be done by DDA. It is not a private firm which can easily ditch 25000 members in a democratic country. . All the registered members are really old and can't make 1000 of rounds to the DDA office. I think we should come in front of the media and raise our voice. Please help us and give me response as soon as possible.

This is true. It is sizeable land and in monsoon it is infested with STAGNANT / WATER LOGGING and breeding heaven for mosquitoes. Certainly as the Land is DDA Property with a sign board, someone has to be accountable.

It is a case of mis-management, with negligence and safety hazard.

Since 1987 I have not been allotted any plot. I have contacted many time to your office but I have not received any reasonable response I therefore request you that kindly let me know the present position of the allotment and also let me know how many people have been allotted At the end I request you to let me know the position of my allotment plot

I also booked a residential plot under rohini scheme in 1981 but yet to get a plot. Now I am 59 years old. what DDA wants? They want that I should make a dewlling house for me or place for my burial?

My parents booked under DDA Rohini scheme LIG approx 30years ago. DDA promised that the allotment will be done very soon to the registered members. My father is a retired person and mother is really broken to see DDA response. This can not be done by DDA. It is not a private firm which can easily ditch 25000 members in a democratic country. We are really sad to see such a slow response from the governement or any social firm. Noone is ready to take any kind of action on this matter. Number of letters and application are sent by aged people (like my parents). All the registered members are really old and can't make 1000 of rounds to the DDA office. I think we should come in front of the media and raise our voice. Please help us.

On one side DDA launches new schemes of plots/flats through draws/auction at frequent intervals, and on the other side it apologies the applicants of “Rohini scheme LIG” of not giving the pending plots by making such a stupid statement” they don’t have so many plots”. How these two facts can co-exists………..if DDA has plots/flats, then why not they are been given to the people who are waiting for their plots/flats since more than 30 years…..

We applied Plot in Rohini Residential Scheme, 1981 in our mother's name Smt. Laxmi Devi W/o Late Sh. Ganga Sahai R/o 3809, Ram Nath Patwa Street, Paharganj, New Delhi (Application No. 36082) & Priority No. 8845 as per Priority List. My mother expired on 1.5.2008. I (A.K. GOEL) one of the son & legal heirs of Late Smt. Laxmi Devi. Let me know whether the Plot has since been allotted in my mother's name or Not. If any Plot has already been/since been allotted, then please inform me Plot Number and its other complete details regarding the allotment of Plot. It is very essential & it comes to my knowledge all other legal heirs are trying mislead the D.D.A. in respect of this booking or allottment against Priority No. 8845. I (Ashok Kumar Goel) already sent e-mail on 23.9.2009 for the same. Therefore it is again requested you to kindly intimate immediately whether/if any allottment has been made or any proceeding regarding allottment has so far been made. I fully agree with all the comments posted. I too am a victim of this long wait and I am extremely grateful to Mr. Rahul Gupta for taking up this fight on all our behalf. Hundreds of schemes and allotments have been made by DDA in the last 25+ years and I see no just reason for this lax treatmet towards the allotees of the 1981 Rohini Residential Scheme. My earnest request is for DDA to speed up the process of allotment and bring this issue to rest.

I am also surprised with the legal opinion that under the circumstances closure of scheme as approved by Lt.Gov be acceped.
