cheating people
I was approached by few persons from country vacations india . They said its very good club and they said they r giving me offer discount in their membership fees. So i thought its good in the begining but later i found this club to only act as bogus . They cheat people like anything . People please reject such offer from country vacations or country club....

Guys, I got a call today and they said me the same story that I won 2 prizes. one of which is a Kitchen Item and the other one is a 25000 gift voucher for holiday package. I felt suspicious. My suspicion was framed when they told me that only couples can come and I had to come with a couple or my parents. I searched for Country Vacation and found about this fraudulent company. I was also told that I was a lucky winner among 2000 people and they told me I visited a mall in Kolkata recently and I filled up a coupon there. Thanks friends for the information and bottom line:-

Country Club has charged One Lakh Fifty Thoussand rupees to my credit Card
after getting my credit card details ( to confirm EMI scheme is applicable for me or not)
while applying for membership .
The day I applied for membership that Next Day I had communicated them that
I am not going for memebership and even membership formalities were incomplete
but I see the money has charged to my HDFC credit card and never reverted back
after multiple communication to them.
To All:
Pls do not show your credit card to there sales representative.
they are noting down your credit card number and CCV number and
making frauld transactions.
Be careful .( there sales representative will trap you saying
pls show your credit card so that we will confirm if EMI scheme is applicable to you or
not and once you give them your credit card then they will make
fradulant tranasactions in the name of membership) |

| Today a person from country vacations made a call to me and asked me to send a couple to collect 3 gifts.They are a kitchen set, holiday package and a family card.I was quite doubtful as he is not mentioning from where he got my details.Then I browsed and found this site...thank god... |

they also the same story what evr mentioned by other users..
i also feel doubtful about them, by their way of talking & they told that i have won a prize of 6 day & 7 night free holidays..

I totally agree with all those who have complained about CV membership policies. I myself is one of the Victim of CV who was recently been cheated in Hyderabad in April for 2, 14, 000.00. I received a call and attended a 4 hour session with my wife but unfortunately i could not save myself from their fraudulant plans. although I had received the signed documents from them but I am still waiting for the 300 Sq.yards Plot which they had promised. recently I received some posts from them with Temperory membership cards (but what about the permament membership cards) and the GOLD CARD which they promised.
after reading all your cries I am getting very nervous and i also think that I will surely loose this money. I have carefully filed all the documents and even the envelopes in which I had received so that I can put a strong case against them.
As I stay abroad I could not follow this case from here but anyhow I have asked my wife to contact my Advocate and discuss this issue with him and see what he can do.
The Government is sleeping. We have to protect our rights and unless we take this action and pull them to courts, these people will keep on extracting money from many poor people. |

| I agree. My wife and I were invited for this so called "program" where we were promised a kitchen set and a trip to Kerala/Bali/Goa. We were made to sit and asked personal questions, post which the lady representative seemed to be in a hurry. So, she gave us the kitchen set and voucher and asked us to leave. Lucky I was not coaxed into taking a membership, but after reading everyone's comments, I now know the true colours of this place |
Why is noone commenting on the gift voucher for free Accomodation...I too have a gift voucher for free accomodation in Bali, Kandy, Kerala and Goa...worth Rs25000/- and to avail it I have ti pay Rs.3000/-
I have to know whether there is anything fraud in that...can we really avail it...is the accomodation really worth Rs.25000/- Are there any more hidden carges? Dzo we have to pay more? |

| yes, 100% sure, they are cheaters, one month back i was invited from cv branch in trichy, two hours i spent to know that they are great cheater's.they forced me to pay the money on that day itself.and we dont even want to join the group then where to paying the money, finaly they gave a small kitchen item as a gift, so be aware of cv.go and get the free gift.but never even imagine to join.they are first cheater's in the world...etc... |
Yes this is true, They have been doing the same thing with everyone, Approaching people at multiplexes asking them to come over to their offcies, to claim the gifts . You will be entertained only if you bring a couple.( any married couple) otherwise your gift gets cancelled, Amazingly this was never revealed when we filled up their form and no proper prize or award comes with so many weird conditions, . This is another approach to cheat innocnet poeple of their hard earned money .Please dont accept their membership coz you will not receive the services promised to you and please check for any terms & conditions before you fill up any form, You might end up paying for something you will never receive,
