I was approached by few persons from country vacations india . They said its very good club and they said they r giving me offer discount in their membership fees. So i thought its good in the begining but later i found this club to only act as bogus . They cheat people like anything . People please reject such offer from country vacations or country club....

Hi all,
I have got same type of call from Country club (Chennai RA Puram) and told me that I have won free gift. I would have to come and collect along with my wife. First time, I have told to call again some other day. They have called me 4 times continuously.
After that I got doubt and search in google. and found out the real status of this offer. I believe now that it is offer to cheat me. Thanks all for sharing the information.

This is a real eye opener. Me and my wife were about to take the contract yesterday night. But God's grace, we didn't. I causally started browing today about Country Vacations and i am shocked to see the true colour of these frauds.
I believe we should start ciruculating this to our family and friends through e-mails and thorugh all other mediums. We can simply copy paste all the complaints in a mail and send it out as a warning message. I am sure the Website Owner/Site Adminitrator would not object to this. After all this is all about creating awareness.

Thank god, I came across this website luckely. Other wise I would have been cheated by Country vacations company.
Even I received a call from them telling that I won 2 gifts. For that I need to go to their office. Only couples are eligible it seems. |
| I agree towards complaints on Country vacations/club is 100% true. If they are genuine company they should sent us the pamphlets containing clearly the terms conditions and what are the facility to the member that they are providing.They never respond once they get money. They tell lot of cock & Bull stories to mesmerise the people and collect money. They inform us most of the place they are having resorts/ Hotels and even if they are not having resorts / Hotels they are having tie up property so that we can stay any were without paying any rental . But after collecting money and become member we approach to book accommodation in Ooty, they said that they are having only tie up property for that we have to pay Rs. 1500/= per day Extra. Before becoming member they have not inform us for tie up property they will charge fare extra. So please Don’t go for country vacation membership. |

I was called today by County Vacations Company telling me I had won 2 gifts and that I need to visit their office to collect the gifts.
I think I will take advice of all your warnings and not continue further contact

Yes, all the complaints posted here are true to the core... The pain of losing your hard earned money on a fraud thing, mental trauma of no provision to cancel (even with some deductions) or hopeless customercare and reservations office is huge.
My sincere request to all to just stay away from this fraud company, if you do not want to face any of the above problems that I have gone through and still going. :( |
This is Ravi, Just few hours back i also Got a call From These people, a Person Called Ganghadhar from a Lanline number, 080-40163712, And he told that I have been elected in the Lucky draw. He also Said that They Took that Lucky draw for 7000 People, and selected 25.
After reading all these comments I have Decided not to Attend that Prize distributing ceremony.

| yes i also got call from their delhi rajouri garden saying that i have won some gift prizes. I also was told that i had to be accompanied by a married couple in order to pick up the prize.but i doubted and searched about this company in google and came to this page finally.thank god this site saved me from cheating. |
| I am also one of the Winner during the Lucky Draw arranged by the Country Vacation.The same funda, the called telling me that i won 2 prizes, but i should come with one married couple to collect the prizes.I went with accompanied by one couple.A young sales girl insist on to purchase membership on the same day itself.But luckily we are not convinced.But what shall I do with my Package.Whether to book it with a processing fee of Rs.3000/- or, not? Please anyone suggest me. |

I just got a call today from Country vacations, Bangalore offering me some three prizes without any terms and conditions. It was quite surprising for me and was eager to know more details. Within an hour, the person from Country Vacations cald me to take confirmation if we are attending the lecture tomorrow.
When i was discussing this with my hubby he told me to check on this site. It was really shocking to see so many complaints against them. Thanks a lot for this information posted on this site..it saved lot of time. |

Even my wife got a call about this free prize which we have won.
Just wanted to share how they got my wife's mobile number. Recently we had been to Fame Lido theater for a movie and some girls outside the ticket counter were requesting us to fill in some form for a lucky draw. They ask only those people to fill the form who look unsuspecting and innocent. Then they call back now with this offer of cheating people of their money.
Country Club is very good at cheating people in the name of their club membership which is good for nothing. Members do not get any benefit with this membership.
Another incident i wanted to share, few years ago my friend who was a member was denied entry to a show they had organised saying there is no place inside the club. |
I also got a call for free gifts. I attended the session with my husband. Thankfully we dint buy their offer.

ALL PRIZE WINNERS BEWARE. Now they have started a campaign again to fleece more people.
They will call you and say that you have won a prize worth Rs. 25 k and you must go to their centre and claim the prize. Upon going there you are offered their "mouthwatering" offer to purchase their timeshare scheme there and then to be eligible for the discounted prize. You are not allowed to go out of the room to think. I luckily decided against taking their offer and claimed the free stay at their resort as the prize.
When I called up to book the room the phone no. is always busy - unattended.
If this is the case before I pay for the scheme, I can well understand how it would be after paying for the scheme. |
| Yes indeed - they are big time fraudsters - the office in pune especially promises something to the people and does not believe in implementation. We had also been fleeced into taking the membership by saying that the offer was at a discounted price, we would be getting 2 gold coins, spa would be free for 3 years in all holiday locations and we would also get to go to international locations as they have a tie up with RCI. It is almost 3 months now that we have taken the membership and have not got the card. The gold coins - god knows where they are and from which mine they are being mined ?? When we had to book our holiday to Goa, the Pune office person deducted points for 3 days and actually put us up for 2 days only. They made us run around like crazy for the bookings and we would not have made less than 100 phone calls for the bookings. The Hyderabad office informed that the gold coins will come from Pune and Pune put it on hyderabad. While speaking to Hyderabad, we discovered that our scheme was only for domestic travel and not for international travel as promised. To top it all their behaviour is totally rude, they do not know their own schemes and there is no escalation matrix - the so called directors / owners of the company are holed up in Hyderabad and there is no email id - this was not the end - when we reached Goa, we found that the SPA was not free and we had to shell out for that also. We also got to know that a lot of other people have been fleeced like this in pune. Pl. do let me know if there is any respite and can we get our remaining money back - what is the method - we are not interested in this as we are senior citizens. Is there any method of getting the money back ??? |
| The company is presenting false claims and bogus lies while presenting the idea of tours and vacations. They are completely different when you registered with the company and make payments. I have been making contacts with the company for giving me the return of the amount I have paid but they are not responding to my letters. |
