Nokia Mobile 2760 — Defective Charger

I purchased a nokia mobile set 2760 on 11/08/2008.The charger of the set went defective within a week.I went to a nokia care centre at Delhi with the problem but after four hours of waiting they told me that it will take 15 days to get the charger repaired and no replacement will be made.I spent Rs.100/- as auto rixa fare as I a m a old man can not ride a bus.My new mobile is idle and I am unable to use it.

I have purchased a Nokia mobile, 6070. That set has a problem that it could not connet to the internet through USB. I changed the USB but the problel still persists. It revealed that there is a problem in the attachment port/hardware of the set. I took the set to "Nokia Care", Asansol, West Bengal( PD Electronics).But they have refused to receive the set & avoided saying that water entered in the set, I think as it was within the gurantee period . That set is only used for internet, so question of water does not arise . I have lodged written complain with the copy of job sheet, to the Care Manager, but still no action has been taken .

Nokia/Nokia 3600 — Out going voice is not hear by Receviver from Nokia Phone

Sir, I purchased the Nokia set no.3600 from Pankaj electronics 9, D.A.V school Main road Green Park New delhi 16 on 9.8.2008. The problme is outgoing voice is not hear by Reciver nad Batery Back up is not long lasting started on 11.8.2008 itself i.e. after only 2 days from the date of purchase. I requested The Dealer the to replace the set, but he refused. He submit my phone to Nokia Care Centre, Green park near Uphaar Cinema on New Delhi on 12 Aug . Now, the phone set is with above Nokia Care Centre w.e.f. 12.8.2008.Initially They have also date for delivery on 16 th Aug and now they are saying that it will take thre or four days more
You are requested to look into the matter and direct them to replace the same with new one as the set is within guarantee period

Nokia — non-provide of charger after 25 days against newly purchased mobile set on 29.05.08

I Have purchased a mobile set no.Nokia 2626 black from Om electronic & communication Allahabad on 29.05.08. With in two month the charger is stop his functioning.We have delivered the charger to Nokia Service centre in allahabad i.e. Nokia care centre c/o Narain Auto mobiles sanjay tower, 136a/3/1a/a2 Stainly road patrika Chauraha, Allahabad-211001 Ph.no.[protected] on 25.07.2008. After lapses of 25 days, neither they have given new charger nor handover my old repair charges.It is a shocking for people that a reputer company has not given his service as per his reputation.

Kindly take up the matter with local centre so that we will received the new charger other wise we will bounfd to complain in consumer forum after 7 days.

I HAD PURCHASED A NOKIA MOBILE MODEL 5610 XPRESS MUSIC FROM M/S ANMOL WATCHES P LTD, SECTOR-22, CHANDIGARH ON 24.11.2007. AFTER USING THE PHONE FOR AROUND 2 MONTHS, ITS MUSIC SLIDER STARTED MALFUNCTIONING. WE APPROACHED NOKIA CARE CENTRES AT SECTOR-43 AND SECTOR-22, CHANDIGARH BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPLACE THE FAULTY PART. THE STAFF AT NOKIA CARE CENTRE, SECTOR-22, CHANDIGARH EVEN BROKE THE SLIDER WHILE CHECKING THE SAME. SUCH IS THE EFFICIENCY OF THE STAFF THERE.WHEN WE ASKED THEM TO GIVE US OUR REFERENCE NUMBER OR COMPLAINT NUMBER, THEY BLUNTLY REFUSED TO DO SO. WE HAD BEEN ASKING THEM FOR A LONG TIME NOW FOR REPLACING THE DAMAGED PART BUT TO NO AVAIL. Nokia 1650 Handset — Very poor services

This is in reference to serialnumber [protected]. I had given my cellphone to Nokia service center for repair on 12/08/2008 and the expected return time was 16/08/2008 however till date my cellphone has not been repaired and now they have asked me to contact them on 27/08/2008. May I know why does it take half a month and so to repair a mobile. I feel completely paralysed without my cell. I can not contact anyone and vice- versa. Why do you provide such horrible services that it might propel your users not to suggest anyone to buy a Nokia set only because it is the worst service provider. Firstly you people subject your users to immense inconvinience as they have to wait 4-5 hours in the queue before they could give their cellphone for service and then you take half a month and more to repair a mobile. Honestly speaking you people dont understand the value of time.
