Nokia Mobile Model N72 — within warrantry period replaced by old one wihich does not pertains to me

vide your eamil tome vide response my email dated 20/07/2008 it is very sorry to say that I had given my Mobile on 4/7/2008 to your Nokia Care Centre, Patiala and email to you on 20/07/2008 in which you demanded the following things

It was regretted that my mobile phone no.[protected] was not repaired but in place when my son goes to taake the mobile they give another mobile no.[protected] which is not pertains to me I submitted the mobile on 01/7/2008 within the guarantee period it means my mobile is not repaired and replaced by old one which is not right
Is your company does not get repaired the mobile if it is not repairable then your company must give or replace by a new one. The Mobile that given to us we do not know whose mobile this is it not a stolen one because it is an old one. I again request you to look into the matter. Because after a lapse of two months an old mobile was given it means my mobile sent for repair but it is not repaired and your company issued a new one which retained by your employees and given us an old one which does not pertains to us. Please reply immediately otherwise I go to consumer court which results your liability.

i have tried last five days for activation of miss call alert service i have called many times to customer care but they didnot provide any sortout for the problems i have aslo tried many times by dialing *135*2# but on my cell phone screen shows request not completed so i have a humble requset to activate this miss call alert service on my mobile no [protected]

Nokia N 73 Music Edition — Theft

Dear Sir,

My mobile was stolen two days back. It's a Nokia N73 Music Edition IMEI number is [protected]. It's only three months since I bought this mobile. I lost it when I was trying to get in a bus from IIT powai. There was huge rush when somebody took it away from pocket. Please help me sir to get it back. I'm really concerned as it was around 13400K. I have already requested the cell phone operator to lock the sim card. Sim is locked. Please sir help me get the mobile back.

Nokia Mobile Phone Model N76 — waaranty repairs denied on filmsy pretext

I had purchased the captioned phone from Nokia Authorized Priority dealer Praveen Enterprise, 4/5, Gariahat Road, Kolkata 700019 on 13th November 2007. Boy did I make a mistake in choosing the brand I did!!!
First I had problem with the phone within three months. This was apparently sofware malfunction and I had to keep the phone with Nokia Care for about three weeks before it was repaired under warranty and returned to me.
Recently I noticed the poor quality of the instrument itself. The silver strips covering the keys on the keypad started coming off. The first one is lost and the remaining ones were luckily found by me and fixed back with quickfixing glue.
I first went to one Nokia Care franchise located in Hindusthan Park in Kolkata (Infotel services). I was told they will requisition for the part ( the facia) and inform me once received. By the way one of the silver strips came off when the phone was in the hands of the lady in the counter. I still await their all.
Meanwhile one of the Nokia Priority dealers near my residence told me that the services of the Nokia Care Fanchise (Arya infotech) in Kalighat area were better. So I went there. I was told that yes this will be taken care o[censored]nder warranty. I was asked to wait while the phone was opened up and I was shown some vague signs of water ingress and was told that the replacement of the facia will not be covered under warranty. Mind you my phone is still working fine. I refused to pay and brought back the phone which is still working. Anoither reason was that they wanted at least three weeks before the repairs could be carried out and my phone returned to me. It bears to mention here that one more silver strip came off in the hands of the perosn in the counter here).
I again visited Infotel services in Hindusthan Park, who told me that the part has been requisitioned and still awaited from the Head office in Theatre Road. I took the address from them and visited the Nokia office at theatre road. I was told here that they don't deal with customers directly!!! and they gave me a chit of paper which had an address of a franchisee nearby. I did not gpo to this franchisee of Nokia Care (!!!), since I had already visited two of these and the experience cannot be termed satisfactory.
I had also communicated with Nokia care about my problem via e-mail which bore no results whatsoever.
They are trying to get away from their commitments under a very filmsy pretext. I am not at all convinced of their contention of water ingress since the phone is still working fine with a defaced keypad. Even if I agree for arguments sake that there was water ingress, that itself is not acceptable. A phone designed for a hot and humid country like ours should provide for sweating palms which obviously is being blamed for water ingress.
Whenever I visit a Nokia care center, I am given a coupon with a queue number and have to wait for a considerable period before I can speak with people attending to complains. The long queues really does not speak highly of the quality of Nolia products.
The phone I puircvhased for almost 17 thoussand rupees did not last even a year and I have taken a decision to never again purchase a Nokia product. I am spreading the word of my experience with Nokia to every one I know and already they have started shunnin Nokia lika plague.
I am still waiting for a phonecall form Infortel services at Hindusthan Road.

Nokia N80 — Even after repairing problem remain and charge for replace and they repaired

I have Nokia N80 Mobile and it was gifted my friend from USA. The mobile was getting problem of not displaying and even i got call counter caller was not able to hear me.

I have given for repairing on first week of July to Ecell Comunication (Naranpuar Ahmedabad ) and they informed that within 1 week it will be ready. but nobody has informned about the repair, and after 15 days when i called to the repairing center, they asked me that the charges will be 1800 rupees and i agreed that. and even after i never got any information about repairing and fianly even after complaint to nokia care i have to visited the service center and they taken their own time for giving the phone. even they were not ready to give invoice for that. As per information from that they have replaced the slider assly. when i asked they have taken time for discussion and cheating for giving invoice and when the give invoice it was just mentioned for amount only not further detail mentioned. and after my argue with them the mentioned

Mechanical repai -+ incluide labour = Rs. 1569
Service tax Rs. 231

total amount they made Rs. 1800/- but now there is question mark whether they have really replaced the parts or only labour for the same ? becasuse the same type of problem started from tomorrwo i.e 14/09/2008,

if noking is replacing the part givning to me on 06/08/2008 and within 1 month the problem is repeating. how any one can keep trust on NOKIA ?

if really there are chaeating in the name of Nokia ?

i bought nokia 3600 slide on aug 1st.it was hanging on n off.then on sep 1st volume key failed completely and switch on n off button too failed.i took it to the service centre.they said some screw was loose and fixed it.today on the 15th of sept, i am facing the same problems.i too do not know wat to do and wonder if they would replace it????

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention towards my Nokia handset model no. 5200, red in color with IMEI No. [protected] (around 7 months old) under one year warranty. I have been visiting service centre at Green Park Extn. (Near Uphaar Cinema) to get my phone in proper working condition since 8th July, 08. But, all my attempts are gone wasted. I have sent email 3 times on "[protected]@hcl.in & [protected]@hcl.in" along with all my jobsheets & complaining letter. But no action has been taken so far. Now, I am compelled to go to the Consumer Court to fight for a new handset in place of my old one as the company is failed to repair the handset properly & wasted nearly 2 months warranty.

Nokia Handset Model 6300 — Poor quality of handset during manufacturing

Dear sir,
I have purchased one No. Nokia 6300 mobile handset (IMEI: [protected]) on 30.08.2008 from M/s.Balaji Gift House, Korba, Chhattisgarh and within 07 days it started malfunctioning with its display. Its screen started becoming blank of and on. Finally, on 12.09.2008, the dispaly on the screen completely gave away.I immediately returned the handset to the seller shop and he has sent the hand set for a repair to Nokia Care Centre - Korba. I don't know when I will get back my hand set DULY REPAIRED. My question with NOKIA People is straight and simple. Why any one should accept a mobile hand-set with all the repairs when he pays the money in full for a new handset?... Whether a gentlman sitting on a decesion making chair will accept repairs in any of the world's product when he pays the money for a new handset?... What the hell the quality assurance people have been doing when this set was under manufacture. The company claims a battery back up of 3 Hrs. and 30 minutes (Talking time) and my set was not even able to survive 2 Hours of talk. Through this forum, I appeal the Nokia Customer care to arrange the immediate replacement of the above handset setting an healthy example of changing all the Noika BL 5C series batteries though this complaint is not associated with lot of negative media publicity.
I hope the my grivience will strike the mind of Nokia people and will soon get a justified decesion in the subject matter.

Nokia — Regarding My Complaint

Very Bad Product and third class service. Nokia don't care about our product. There is no care at Nokia customer care. They don't give Handset replacement. My N6070 mobile and My Handset Model Nokia 5200 under warranty period. But they don't solve my problems. I am handover mobile One Month but my problem not resolved . They don't give me Handset replacement. I call his call center for all this but they not register my Complained and no immediate action has been taken regarding my Complained.So I am forward this issue to CONSUMER FORUM.

Nokia, N81 - 8gb — Replacement of dead phone

I have bought Nokia N81-8GB in the month of April 2008, then suddenly after two month on 9th of June 2008 it became dead.
I tried to switch it on but it did not boot up so i took it to Tollygaunj Nokia Care where it gone for replacement
