[Resolved] Express It Courier — Courier Not Received

Hi, I got a courier till now i have not recieved because the so called rules stated by the courier service. They will deliver only between 9:00 to 6:00. My office time is between 8:30 and 5:30 and i will be back only by 7:15 P.M. I have adjusted one day by saying can i get around 4:30 and they say it is not possible and u should receive only on time and not get from the courier office even though i produce the ID card. This is absolutely not fair from the part of Courier Service. This is the third time i am not receiving it. The worst scenario is courier service boy does not have mobile number to contact? Whether i have put one day leave for claiming my courier. It is better you close down your service rather than insulting us. My Airway Bill is [protected]. Thanks & Regards, B. I have received the message from Kotak Bank that my bank card has been despatched on 29.08.2008, bearing consignment no: AWB [protected]. But till now I haven't received anything.
Please let me know the status and do the needful.

ExpressIT couriers — Not dispatched my Barclaycard statement

Hi,

Expressit couriers is not at all working upto the mark. My Barclys card statement has been dispatched through this courier service 10 days before but not yet dispached to me. Nobody is lifting the phone.

The worst service they are giving to their customers.

I'm supposed to receive courier which is sent by Expressit I have called the customer care number twice but still I have not received my courier. After number of tries I got the customer care number connected and they said “ the courier has reached to the nearest branch at Bangalore” and I will receive the courier next day every time they said the same thing” I don’t know how many branches do they have in Bangalore,

Dear Sir,

I had requested some important documents from ICICI bank on 6th Oct, 2008. next day, I recuieved SMS saying ur documents have been despatched thorugh Express IT courier AWB no. [protected] and[protected].
The documents were supposed to come within 9 working days. However 15 days have passed and I have not recieved any courier from Express IT, neither I have recieved any feedback. When I contacted ICICI bank for details, they gave me two contact nos, one of which is not working and other one is always busy or switched off.
How can such delay occur for the delivery within the city?
I am fed up of such a nuisance.

kindly look into the matter personally and improve ur service.

I totally agree to the above comments. I have not recieved a draft sent from icici bank on 17th Oct 08.My office hours are between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm.Even if I am unavailable at home still I expect a call from the courier guy. This service is really pathetic.

I am suppose to receive a courier via Express IT from ICICI back when ever I call Anna Nagar banch Express IT non picks up the phone and some times it will be in busy mode.. I am very disappointed at the moment with your service. I got a courier three weeks ago. waybill no: [protected] but I did not receive it. I keep calling the company which sent me a courier, they are saying it was dispatched through Express IT but phone line of 'express It' always BUZY for nothing. Please do needful immedieatly.

Barclay card priority Circle has despatched me a holiday vouchers no. AWBNo. [protected] on dated 2/12/08 but it could not got me & returned on 9/12/08.
