SBI NANNILAM 610105, booked a consignment in JUNE 2007 to N.RAVI, LAUGHING WATERS, B6 SHAKTI APARTMENTS, VARATHUR ROAD, RAMAGONDANAHALLI BANGALORE 560066 through FRENCH EXPRESS COURIER, which is NOT YET REACHED. This was conveyed on 19.12.2008 to me during the personal approch with SBI NANNILAM.Unfortunately currently the FRENCH EXPRESS COURIER does not have a servie. We have been waiting to receive a courier which is booked 4 days before.but still we dont received it and there is also no proper response while contacting the french express office.very very disappointed with their service.
I also faced the same problem one month back. The frech courier guys taken my courier and they put their signature in the delivery sheet and I went theire office finally and asked them they were talking very roodly. customers dont use frech courier for any more. Even they dont have any web site and we cannot track our courier.

On 23.04.09 at around 10.30 a.m. I received a phone call from your Calicut office informing that there is a parcel for me. I told your person, my residence location such as next to the State bank of India, Pavangad branch, Calicut. Your person told me that he had come to the State Bank of India Pavangad branch the previous day and the next delivery in this area will be only on 27th, April 2009. I told him the urgency of getting that parcel but your office didn’t bother to deliver the parcel till this time (24th evening). This is for your information.

We have sent tow important letters to Mining department to Neloore and Hyderabad through French express and found it was not deliverd when we enquired there was no proper reply and asked us to go for the branch office in Porur booked the courier in virugambakam Chennai, and from Porur also no response and at alst found the given receipt is forged one it is not ours and the booking center is challenging and asking ys to report to any body whom you want to do so.
We are inocent customers who is having services like this and the govt. should take immd. action against this courier companies and cancel their licences and should publish in the news paper so that no body can cheated like this again.
