I am using Vodafone for last 3 Years. my cell no is [protected] today I got 3 sms from Vodafone saying my caller tune has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted from my account for which I haven’t requested them for. When I called the customer care no proper response or answer

Vodafone is a stupid phone service company . What the heck does this company think, withoght the permission from the customers it assigns a caller tune of its own which is so worst song . The customers should put a case against them . Please for gods sake, make a customer care number available for public to talk to a person directly rather than providing options ...u have this schemes ...that schmes ...Already ppl got fed up withis phone service ...i[censored] continue like this u will remain no where in this market

An IVR come to my cell, when try to make a new call, regarding address profe, i have fulfilled all requirements and talked with 3 customer care executives, but still it is not solved.

Vodafone — deactivation & procedure to getting same no.

I am a prepaid customer of vodafone with 7 months validity sim

my number is [protected] . I have lost my mobile few days ago. Can you please deactivate my number. Also I need the same number sim card, I have FIR copy for this. Can anyone tell me where can i get the same number and the procedure to get the same. I am from secunderabad.
Its urgent . Please tell me as soon as possible.

I did not activate the caller tune... But It set automatically.. So I want deactivate my mobile caller tune...

I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

The vodafone service become fraud and daylight robbery.Activating the caller tunes without knowing the customers has become thier timpass.I dont think they are not taking this issue serious still.Customer should go against them.

This is the second time i m having the issue the caller tune activation without knowing me.I met many issues with vodafone service.I have activated the WCC benefits by Rs148 and not get my balance yet.But they have sent me the 12 digit code of no use.

FYI, those who wants to deactivate their caller tunes immediately,

Type DCT CT and send to 56789.

My mob. no is [protected], I used a STD pack for Rs 31/- to make the STD call @Rs1/- per call per minute . Its working good, but when I stop the mobile at 58 sec. call charge is of Rs 2/-, even though the mobile shows last call duration: 58sec., in most of the time. Actully I want know, what is your pulse rate i. e. your 1min is equal to 57/58 sec instead of 60sec or any thimng else. Plz. clarify regading.

ur hello tune subscription charges r Rs 15/- pm. if i want to change the song the charges rs 3/- per min & change caller tune charges r also rs 15/- per tune which r so high.

I have been using Vodafone(formerly hutch) # [protected] for past three years, Happy to help is a mockery, I would suggest please use some other sentence, Its ridiculous when I air my grievance they put the call on mute with no response, I had been having issues with the network, however reaching you itself has become an herculean task, the most frustrating thing is total negligence to customers call, this is what you claim to be world class leader? can you just go and check in your IVR how many calls i have made and what your executives have done, I have no Interest in continuing with your service, I am writing this email so that you may wake up from your slumber and treat your customer and provide him a service that he deserves to be, after all existing clients are advocates ...Good or Bad...

MY PHONE NO.[protected] - I had life time prepaid connection and i was contented with it. I use to recharge for Rs.50, 100 etc., now today I wanted to speak to France hence I wated the talk time I recharged for Rs.200 to get the talk time but for my surprise the money is consumed for change over of some other scheme wherein the call rate is 79 paise etc., etc., I had to
stop talking to france. All the customer care people are helpless they cannot do anything and the shop man who recharged is afraid he may not get the credit and he will not alter. If this is the way the Vodafone changes the scheme of the customers to
its whims and fancies why one should go with the Vodafone ?

i am tired of this and will change my connection to some other company if this will be not resolved shortly.

I am a Itz cash card booking agent, today I have made a easy recharge to a Vodafone No. [protected] for Rs.200/- . It is a odd denomination, so I want toget back that amount from that mobile number, so, please help me to get back that amount.

I am using Vodafone for last 3 Years. Lastweek I paid Rs.150 to have the advantage of full use of currency, and then in the middle of the night I get strange sms's and Yesterday I got 2 sms from Vodafone saying my caller tune has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted from my account for which I haven’t requested them for. All myfrends are asking me if i amdaft with the tune i put up? I never asked for a tune neither did I want one.
I plan to go to the consumer forum if I do not tget my mone that you have deducted for the caller tune and also have it removed.
