[Resolved]  Hll PureIT Water Filter — Poor customer support

Iam using this filter 4m past 1 year. The product is excellent but the customer service is poor. I had booked one battery kit on 10 march 2008.But till date nobody turned up. When enquired in this regard ( to call center [protected]) it was told that it will be escalated to higher ups and will be dealt with topmost priority.
But unfortunately HLL fellows have more enthu during marketing no during maintanence.

Hi, I am using HLL pure it product is good but the srvice is very poor because from last 2 months I have given order for battery kit and i have order for this on customer support no for 3 times but till the date i have not received the same. So there is no use of this product without power kit my customer id is [protected]. hope after doing this compliant i will get power kit as early as possible.
I thoroughly agree to this.i had booked an order for te battery Kit on the 12th of Oct.But as of date, today being 20th Oct, the battery Kiot has not been delivered.at the time of sales they had asked me to keep a chq ready, when they were coming to give the demo, such that they can close the sell on spot.They are good in sales, but they fail miserably in service.

Since almost 3 weeks ago I called customer care asking to change battery but since then they didn't contact us or visited my house.What the heck is going on? while purchasing PURE IT, these people come on time but during complaints, nothing is done.It is sure, I wont suggest anybody to buy pure it after facing such endless problem.

i am a customer of pureit since more than one year, our battery of pureit is expired and it has to be replaced.could not contact to u by your customercare number, please see to the problem.
Made complaints at least 5 times and the response is someone will attend in 24 hrs. More than 24 days has passed. No single soul has reponded. Today yet again I have called to the customer care and took the name of the executive which is Sangeetha and the response is again by tomorrow the technician will attend and do the needful. Will someone attend to this complaint????

i am trying for the last 4days but i am not getting the concerned department .actually i want to change purit kit i am residing at Ramanthapur-hyderabad,comes under Rangareddy Dist. i am trying all these nos.[protected],[protected] and [protected] iam following all the instructions after they are asking and i am feeding my cell No.[protected] after that they are saying all the staff are busy stay on line or call after sometime.Same thing is repeating for the last 4days . iam trying from verious cell numbers and land line numbers also but there is no use.
please persue the matter how to reach the staff and how to replace the purit kit

The worst customer support and above all - the filters received after new purchase do not have quality. The battery turns red in a month. They make money in this way.

i am using pureit last 1 year .First time when i contact to customer care number for replace the kit. They came late.
But now days HUL promote services as a good level . th ey send battery kit in 24 hours.

Cheating on Battery Kit and Looting our money --- from Banasavadi HUL dealer or distributor.
request the kit for 2250 ltr pay 510 but they delivery the kit of 1500 ltr it cost only for 365.

after delivery, person will not lift the phone contact no of the service person is Mr. Saravana M:[protected] sent from Banasavadi HUL.

I took HUL pureit on 2008 and till date i have changed around 7 nos of Battery Kit.

Beware of HUL Pure it,

One cup glass water never take out, only after filling one bucket water onwards only, we will get one cup water.

Advertisement is making foolish to the people.
I MY GIVING DAILY e-MAIL TO PURE-IT FOR BATTERY-KIT REPLACEMENT SINCE LAST 5-6 MONTHS BUT NO RESPONCE. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. PL HELP ME
I also experinced same problem. I booked replacement of battery and told within 24 hours it will be replaced and again received call next day stating it will be replaced in 72 hours but till now not replaced. This type of treatment not expected from reputed company like HLL. Hope when sales figure come down that time they will realise but that will be too late.
I had booked a battery for my purit on 1st december and after lapse of three working days I made a compliant on 4th december and the compliant number is C 10295892. Even after that I had not received the battery. Whenever I am calling them they are telling me that they will take up the matter with the appropriate authority and will see that I am getting my battery at the earliest. I do not know what is meant my at the earliest. Is it one week or one month or etc., What is the next step I can do. Now a days the service is becoming very poor or I felt that they do not want us to keep the old purit.
